Terrible service. I went through the drive-thru to order some chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce. When I got my order and drove off, I found that there was no BBQ sauce. I went back to BK and went inside where I was given 1 sauce. When I asked for a second one, the manager told me that they were out. When I asked about another flavor of sauce, she said they didnt have any more. I left, then decided that I wanted my money back, so I went back through the drive-thru. The manager could be heard throughout the store saying "thats it, Im closing the store for the day. Im sick and tired of all of this." She did give me back my money, and the employee told me that they only give 1 sauce per order. I explained that I was willing to buy one, but when told they were out, that this was a moot point. Also, I noted that the sauce they provided was in little plastic containers that are self-filled, not the normal BK containers you usually get. I can only imagine what might be in the sauce containers. Ill never go back to this one, except to get the name of the owner and district manager.

First the drive-thru menu wasnt set to breakfast at 9 a.m., so I had to go inside to order. One of the menu TVs was broken so I can only see part of the menu. After for peoples does the front discussing the schedule for about three minutes they took my order . They didnt have large coffees. They didnt have chocolate milk. The manager still at the front counter talking with food in her mouth which was pretty gross. After nine minutes of waiting I finally got my food. My coffee was cold. They didnt have sugar, only Sweet and Low. I threw my coffee in the trash and got gas station coffee instead. The only plus is that the new girl working the register was very nice.

Worst customer service anywhere in Louisiana. On the way home from the hunting camp, so its convenient, but 3 strikes and they are out. 35 minutes the first time with no one in line. Was told to wait at the first window until I was called to the second window. Second trip- out of chicken, 30 minutes to get order, again wait at first window until we call you to the second. Today, I decide to go in. Walk in to be welcomed by an employee yelling at someone on her cell phone. Then I go to the counter, she starts to take my order and walks away. Doesnt say "excuse me," "wait just a second,"....nothing, and doesnt come back. Dont waste your time or money.

Absolutely the worst! ! They are slow, rude, & our order is always wrong. What ever happened to "Have it your way at Burger King"? We still went back even knowing we couldnt pull away from the drive thru because something was always wrong. That was until we went and got a breakfast combo. The biscuits had a burnt taste to them and the hash rounds were grease soaked. As if they had been put in cold oil then cooked. Never again! ! Now we know why McDonalds is always so busy there.

Ive been to some bad restaurants before but I cant remember one that is as poorly managed as this one. I know that they employ young people but Im sure they can find some young people that might have an ounce of respect for themselves because they dont have any for the customers. Most of the fast food restaurants in the Plaquemine area are similar to Burger King but BK has them beat when it comes to terrible service.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Employees were walking around on their phones one had a cigarette behind his ear. The food was horrible and the drinks were served with no ice. Not going to mention the long line of cars and cars parked outside that was waiting for food plus the lone wait inside.

Worst Ive ever been in. Dirty, soda machine s not working. Serving flat drinks, scooping ice out from machine by hand. Kids with half hanging pants sitting on the hand rails inside aggrivating an old man. And the manager seems to not care. Would not recommend. And would never go back.

I will never go back there I waited 30 minutes for 2 double cheese burgers and when I got my order it wasnt even what I ordered so I brought it back and it took another 15 minutes.so a total of 45 minutes just for 2 cheese burgers is a dam shame!!!!!!!

Actual response to why I could not get the meal I ordered was that they were out of all chicken and fish. Also had a dead fly fall into my drinking cup while trying to use the drink dispenser.
