I understand all the negative feed back because it has happened to me also. I just dont expect so much any more. Most of the employees are kids, and you know their minds are not really on customer satisfaction. Every time I go it is a mystery of how well it will be made. I can order cheese curds and when I get fries they are free when they correct my order. I like having a D.Q. in Tipton even with bad service. Besides you can find out where the kids live and talk to their parents if service is too bad. LOL Drive through is very slow. They take one order then make it, then take the next order. Seriously, how fast do you want them to go? At their speed now they have problems. You only have a few blocks to get home. I am giving them 4 starts for effort. I dont want to lose our D.Q. That would be like losing our out of date Walmart.

Recently changed ownership/management--Store is nicer looking since the remodel this spring, but the service is lack luster, at best. I have had to complain about quality and accuracy of my order on multiple occasions. Worse, they either cannot or will not fix what is described by a sign on the order board as a "headset problem". Consequently, the order gets placed at the drive through window while a parade forms up behind you. Consider Hardees until they get their act together.

Very courteous and nice place, always for family, kids, and whoever for ice cream. Definitely one of my top choices for food and almost always worth it. Yes, sometimes they can confuse your order but its easily corrected. And unless youre waiting because they had to then make it such as hot foods, it shouldnt be /that/ bad of a problem if handled correctly. Really great place and one of the best around by far.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided this evening. Individual working the drive-thru needs customer service training. We ordered blizzards that were presented to us at the window with ice cream slopping down the side. No napkins were offered. To top it all off the blizzards werent even blended. The bottom half only had vanilla ice cream. Definitely dont think we will be visiting any time soon.

This place is a dump food is cold 3 trips to the counter for the screw ups. Manager say wait for owner she is sorry. Owner call me a liar. I left disgusted. Id advise anyone to avoid this place with their family.

The drive-thru has been extremely slow and despite being the only one in the line, my order is wrong 3/4 of the time. Seems like a lot of young kids running the place and no proper supervision.

The place was a mess. One of the employees had long bushy hair and she didnt have it tied back. No one seemed to know what was going on.
