I went there 1st time in 4 years maybe they have changed I ordered jalapeno chicken fingers a junior whopper with no pickles ( because I am severely allergic) with cheese..I was at work all they down the street from them so I figured I would run and grab me something to eat and come back to work for myself and my daughter well I get my order the fries are cold the chicken fingers are cold and my Whopper jr has lots of pickles on it and I cant even eat it because its been on there with the juice so thank you I will go another probably 20 years without seeing another Burger King and this is why youll make no money and McDonalds has made yall broke...my order was at 10:30 pm sunday on 03/12/2017

Bathrooms in poor working condition and only some what clean. As I approached the counter only person that spoke was the drive-through window person. There was. Two women leaning up on the counter who never made an effort to even look my way. The only person who seemed to care about customer relations was a manager who was on the grill line and he took my order. The food was stale and slopped together. While speed of service is the game; accurate and tasteful is what will keep a customer base.

We arrived shortly after a rather large group of children (two travel buses full) where heading out. The staff was eagerly cleaning the entire dining area yet still had smiles on their faces when we walked in. A gentleman we heard referred to as "Dad" was extremely nice and thanked my daughter and I for our positive and uplifting personalities. I would have to say that all the individuals working that evening deserve a raise and paid vacation immediately!!!

Long day of driving and checked into a hotel in port allen. Saw a BK and thought Id call before walking over to make sure the inside would be open. They picked up the phone and said they were open until 10pm. Made the 5 minute walk over only to find the doors locked and chairs up on the tables. Double checked my phone and the time was 9:28pm. Will for sure not be back if flat out lying to the customers is how they do business… Zero stars Port Allen BK

I will say the General Manager has his hands full with several of the employees working there. I spoke with him and offered my help to restore the image they once displayed. He and the cook are very respectful and hard at work while the others just seem to be looking out into the clouds . I am devoted to helping him (GM) bring this place back to life. Thanks to the cook and the manager who took my order..... The food was correct and as expected.

Well, I tried to go in the lobby at 6:40 on this past Tuesday morning. However, even though their sign on the door says the lobby opens at 5:30, they refused to unlock their doors or even explain why they wouldnt. They simply pointed towards the drive thru and kept ignoring us. Even if my company vehicle would have fit through the drive through I wouldnt have gone after that poor customer service.

I am Spanish , you can feel the racism on the part of employees. Very polite manager (thank you) ,she treated us very well! They should know choose to workers, who can work with pleasure to the public. They take away the desire to eat,or to go back to that restaurant

U can literally see this place have no business while mcdonalds is busy. I ended up getting inside and the lady screams "oh no dat Boi left the door unlocked. The lobby isnt open" this is 6:40am. Lieing to my face. Went to arbies... way better.

The guys working tonight were beyond friendly & helpful! Even with them re-modeling, they were still willing to go above & beyond to fix my food just right & were so nice about it too! I will only be coming back to this one location in the future!

Lawrence would not give me what I asked for to drink then gave me a small cup after I asked for a large. Did not get a receipt and my tots were hot my sandwich was cold like it came out of the refrigerator.
