4 out of 5 stars. Overall a good Starbucks to go to. They try to do a good job. But it really depends on the type of worker you encounter that day, which I think is an 80/20 situation, with 80% of the workers doing a good job. In fact, the first time I came here, I didnt know they have just closed, but they accommodated me at the drive-thru. I appreciated that, especially after a long drive. They always got my drink right. The dining area is almost always clean and the condiments cart well-stocked. The baristas, the ones Ive dealt with, have been pleasant. Mason was nice and helpful; same with James. There are a few more whose names I dont know yet. Its a good place to visit.

Starbucks near the Tanger Outlets took 35 min to prepare each persons coffee on Jan 22. All of the workers seemed at ease, working at a very slow pace despite the entire lobby and drive thru being filled. The cashier was very awkward and unwelcoming, did not greet me or ask what Id like, just stared at me with a blank look. I stopped by on my way to New Orleans for a quick pick me up thinking it would only set me back 5 minutes. It set me back over half an hour for a simple coffee. Will never come to this location again.

So my sister and I went here and not only was the employees were working slow but also she made my sister drink which was a Carmel frappé with extra carmel incorrect 3 times and my sister tasted it, she remade it by using the same blender that wasnt clean then she added flavor and remade the drink. Not only did this disgust us but this will leave a horrible feeling on the Starbucks it self as a company and I have been a very regular customer for over 2 years in New Orleans. This will leave a distasteful on me.

I come through here quite a bit and decided i wanted to try a starbucks breakfast, it was very upsetting that they couldnt customize my sandwich but was quickly informed i could buy a 2nd sandwich that i did not want.. Alas I always get a venti white chocolate mocha.. Normally i have zero complaints but this particular time all it taste like is they put whip cream on top of steamed water... Very disappointing

I am a gold Starbucks member, and this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I ordered an iced latte and got a hot one instead. And after they fixed it I had white specks floating around in my drink. They also messed up my friends order and gave her a hot latte instead of an iced one. The only reason I even gave them one star is because I had to.

Fast service. Decent coffee, good latte. Friendly service, maybe too much so, they all seem to be buddies and hang out here on their off hours. My friend spilled my drink and they cleaned it up on the spot and replaced my drink. Free internet, nice leather seats, wooden chairs at tables, and a long table for meetings or expansive work.

Just took 15 mins for us to get 2 tall mocha Frappuccinos...the girl behind the counter seemed confused on the fact that one had an espresso shot it in at kept skipping ours to make some for the drive thru...they werent short staffed either...there were at least 5 people working.

Worst wait at a Starbucks Ive ever seen. Took 7 minutes to be able to order with 1 car in front of us at the drive through then another 10 to get a drink. Has happened more than once and gave them another chance. Never again. Do NOT use this drive through.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Took 7 minutes before someone even came to help the 3 people in front of me, then took another 11 minutes to make my drink. And no, they werent short staffed - there were 5 people behind the counter. Ridiculous!

Good, consistent coffee and food quality. With its location next to a highway and busy street filled with trucks its not a great place to relax on the patio, though. Insides not that bad and its rarely that crowded.

Drive thru is always closed why? Maybe hire more people, waited in line inside to buy drink, they dont take hundreds, walked out with nothing, was pretty mad, not coming to this one again, Ill drive to highland

Baristas are extremely slow. I worked in coffee for 3 1/2 years on a manual espresso machine. Starbucks uses automatic espresso machines.. There is NO reason they should take so long to make drinks.

Came it at closing not realizing they were closing, and they still supplied us with much needed coffee and were happy to. If i were closing i wouldnt have been as nice. Great staff.
