Ill start off with the good... the staff is friendly. I feel like there is no sense of urgency at this location. Im unsure if it is because of a poor location design or if its because the staff is slow, but your average wait time in the drive-thru is 15-20 minutes; seriously time it. I have re-designed this location in my head almost every time Im waiting in line which is about once a week now because I cannot afford to be late every day for work nor do I want to leave 45 minutes earlier for work just to get a cup of coffee. Ive actually drove pass this older location before to head to the fairly new one on corporate (1.8 miles away). Now it is a game. My coworker and I time each other. I can meet him at this location, have him get in the drive-thru, and me go all the way to the other location, order, and pickup before he even gets his order. I keep hoping they will close this location and re-design its setup, but I guess thats wishful thinking.

Its Starbucks which, in and of itself, would rarely get more than 3 stars from me. Their regular coffee tastes burnt, a Starbucks trademark apparently, so youre pretty much stuck getting some overly sweet drink if you want something enjoyable -- and thats not what I want from a coffee house. Specific to this location, my wife goes here often and has gotten sick from one of their drinks, but continues to go because of its proximity to her work. One of her best friends just outside of this store after buying a drink, as well... not exactly Starbucks fault, but this particular intersection that Starbucks sits next to *ALWAYS* has homeless people asking nearby cars for donations and that may have been what attracted the criminal who mugged our friend.

I am no longer coming to this location. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there, I wait forever because someone is not standing by the computer to greet you. I go in there early in the morning before work and no one smiles or says "Hi, how are you?". It takes forever to get greeted, then it takes forever for your coffee to be made. Its not like I get anything difficult. Also, they are ALWAYS out of everything. Soy Milk? How are you out of soy milk? Youre a coffee place. They were out of the drink I liked this morning and that was the last straw. No more morning stops to this place.

while the location is good and the coffee is fantastic, the staff are very lazy. One person on the cashier and the rest doing almost nothing. It takes me sometimes 30 minutes to get my order because of the laziness of the workers.Last time, I ordered a breakfast and waited 40 minutes, then I discovered that they forgot about it. On the other hand, the restroom is always not clean. Also, when I prepare my coffee, I dont find honey and sugar and mostly one kind of milk.That being said, I recommend that the manger should be changed and the staff should be more responsible.

I am astounded by the poor brand representation during my visit this morning. When inquiring if a breakfast sandwich was mine Abby responded "I gave you a drink" I said "yes" but i am also waiting on a sandwich and I am not sure if it is mine? She proceeded to tell me "i dont know what you want me to do i dont handle the food, i cant help you" rolled her eyes and basically dismissed me. Really thats the service starbucks wants their name on? Not to mention just basic human kindness.

Good atmosphere, somewhat plagued by homeless and high traffic upon exit parking lot. Bathrooms are still not maintained, district management wants customers to walk back to front of store to throw things away, no cans by front door. Store has gone through too many managers and has suffered from poor support from upper management it seems.

At the location now... At one point in time it was one of the cleanest locations in baton rouge. NOT ANYMORE! Im not sure what has happen but it was a mess this morning yet again... At 7:30am... The nice lady thats usually here in the morning, was taking orders!

Starbucks looks like a regular Starbucks to me. Friendly stuff. But nasty restroom... just nasty... its kind of like disrrspectful to offer restroom like this... are you what? Gas station in the middle of nowhere?

Pretty nice inside, standard Starbucks other than that. When they handed me my frappuccino there was a little dripping coming from the lid so I had to grab a napkin, nothing really worth complaining about though

It is a smaller Starbucks. There is really nothing special that sets this one apart from the rest of them. The location is in a heavy traffic area, so it is sometimes hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

This is my favorite location in town. While it can be slow, the baristas always hustle so you dont get frustrated when forced to wait for your order. Also it has the best seating arrangement for studying.

This was the nastiest SB Ive ever been in! Dirty floors, the fixins bar was practically empty, no stir sticks, and a bathroom that would make a truck stop proud. Never again will I come back here.

Never have cinnamon, cocoa, or vanila for hot coffee. Rarely half n half. If u ask for one of the above takes them forever to get it and they appear inconvenienced
