I know this place just reopened but the service has really gone down hill. Placed a mobile order the other day. They acknowledged me when I walked in but then let my order sit for about 20 min instead of calling me to the counter. Today, Ive been in line for more than 30 min and the way the drive through is set up, unless you are in a truck, you cant get out.

Stopped in today for a coffee and was disgusted with the lackluster service and overall upkeep of the store. Fruit Flies in the display case. Trash and food on floors. Condiment station was dirty and unkept. Staff was more concerned with chatting with one another, rather than making my coffee which I had to ask for twice. I will not revisit this location.

I love stopping here on my way to work but the barista that says "honey," "darlin," or "sweetheart" no less than three times by the time I get my coffee has to GO. Its not cute, its not endearing, its not cheery, and its not even condescending. Its just plain annoying and ignorant. Other than her antics, the staff is always polite and helpful.

Sadly , asking nicely for something, you get a big fat nasty look and your drink is shoved across the counter and no response to a thank you - but if looks could kill, I would be DEAD! Geez barista! Really! Really!!! STARBUCKS TAKE NOTE! Thankful there are a few employees there that are a joy to see and go out of their way to be friendly.

Prices keep going up and once my drink reached $7 I quit going. Drive thru is set up terribly. Hit curbs going around and sit forever trying to get out in traffic at the exit. Id suggest going in to avoid the drive thru but they are slower creating your order as they are very chatty amongst one another.
