My family and I are here on vacation attending a church conference. Im sad to say that we have had a bad service experience with some of the restaurants here in Baton Rouge, with the exception of two. Im glad to say that Hooters was one of the two restaurants that we were pleased with. The food was great and the service was very outstanding, especially for a restaurant that was about to close 30 minutes before we walked in the door. We are happy to say that Brooke was a wonderful server that took the time and made sure that we were pleased from the time we left the building. I would also like to commend Toni for assisting Brooke without hesitation to make sure the needs of my family were met. There was a communication breakdown between Brooke and I with my sons order, although I requested for Brooke to not worry about it, she took it upon her self to inform her manager that we had a slight misunderstanding about our order. Mr. Kyle (manager) came out and asked about the communication breakdown and went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied before leaving the restaurant. Again, I must say good food and customer service is something that I look for at any restaurant that I attend and the staff and the management at Hooters were courteous and professional. Needless to say, we definitely will be returning to this location in the future.

Usually like most of their food, but last night the service food and drinks were awful. Siegan location is much better and on top of things. Went out last night with my coworker to celebrate with food and drinks. Had to ask and wait for utensils, napkins, etc. One waitress was in the restroom using her phone talking loudly on speaker phone arguing with her boyfriend , cursing and all, with no problem or concern that i was in the restroom listening. We ordered 6 shots of patron and when we asked for it to be chilled and without salt, the waitress brings them with salt and not chilled. She said they cant chill them. If you have a cup and ice, then you can chill them. The bartender clearly was being lazy. They were not busy enough for that. Alcohol should not come served hot for $9 a shot. Period. Margarita was not good at all and hardly had any alcohol. The person I was eating with got served her food before mine but we ordered the same thing. They charge for extra dressing or for ranch when they should come standard with wings, shrimp, or salad. Our bill was $145 for two people and for that amount, service and food/drinks were just blah. Not going back to this location.

A random Thursday during day shift (around 2pm-ish the time of my visit) is "serviceable" at best. Just enough attentiveness and customer service to just scrape by. Staff seems more keen on going home and "clock-watching" than anything much else. Rumor is Siegen Lane is a better location overall, and Im kinda hard pressed to disagree. Staff wasnt rude but make no true effort to really engage and interact with the customer, which for a restaurant such on the nationwide level of Hooters is one of the many attributes towards the hallmark of their success. For the record this wasnt just my own personal experience but that also of small talk with fellow/random bar patrons at this establishment. Moral of the story: Invest and drive the 4-5 miles from this location to the Siegen Lane location in which I did by closing out my tab on College Drive, and left for Siegen Lane. MUCH better atmosphere and experience!

Well we didnt have the wings, but we did have some fried chicken tenders, which were far from tender. I have never had such stringy chicken tenders ever before in my life... yuck. We had a few margaritas, which tasted more like lemonade than margarita, well figures for $4. So we decided not to eat over there and left after having our starter. Well the girls/servers are all teenagers at the most, flaunting their b****s and wearing shorts. I think thats the only thing that would attract men over here. The service is good and all the servers are pretty friendly. But apart from that not worth the visit. If you are guy and like to stimulate your god knows what hormones by looking at teenage girls and dont care at all about the food, then you might enjoy this restaurant.

Driving thru from south Florida. Stopped here to eat due to the outdoor patio. Since we had our dog. Told us we just had to order our food at the bar they have no waitress service outside. Ok no problem. Waited 30 minutes for 20 wings anda salad and 4 sliders. We get our food in a to go container and no untensils. 1 small thing of blue cheese for 20 wings. Ask the manager she tells me thats all they give. I would have to buy more if i liked. NO THANKS!!!! PLACE SUCKS SERVICE SUCKS FOOD SUCKS. NOW I REMEMBER WHY I DONT EAT AT ANY HOOTERS.

Worst Hooters. 1st visit we waited for a to go order for about 40 minutes, but the manager appologized and comped us for next time. Todays visit we went for a to go order for wingsday wednesday 5.99 special. We asked the waitress if it was wingsday, she said yes, so we ordered 2 orders to go. 25 minutes later, she rings us up at the regular 8.99 price, when we remind her of the special, she says oh thats dine in only. Why not tell us that when we asked you instead of letting us sit for 25 minutes at the bar. We left. Never again.

I know its a hooters but at this one we had to send back the food twice. Once the order was wrong and the second time it was cold. Overall though ive never been that impressed with hooters. I think we all know what we are really paying for anyway...

This Hooters is pretty run down & is in need of some major maintenance & repairs... My experience was nice though... The food was good & our waitresses was attentive & friendly. I just dont see myself revisiting this location though.

The exact opposite customer service of chic fil a. Employees are more concerned with vanity than their job itself. Just boobs are required to work here i guess and sometimes they dont have that. Food is cold and service is slow

Stop by on my way back to Alabama, even though this is LSU territory. The food was great, my waitress was beautiful and she took good care of me even though I was a Alabama Crimson Tide fan, so yesI will stop by again! Roll Tide!

The food I was served at this restaurant made me sick to my stomach for 3 days. The bartender who served my food, lost my order, and failed to correct the issue adequately. DO NOT go to this restaurant under any circumstances.

The food was okay. Theres a reason it was almost dead at the lunch rush. The tension between the servers was obvious. Fortunately, I had Dina as my server. She was great.
