Good place to sit at the bar, like the atmosphere. Hope this place makes it and this review, while intended to be constructive, may not help. We came in thru the door in back where the concrete is stained black w grease and refuse and the smells arent roo pleasant. It was my third time there. Our server tried very hard. But shed not been thru any structured training (she told us) about the place so she couldnt answer a lot about the offerings etc. They were out of about 5 things we asked for from beer varieties (common ones) to appetizers. The kitchen workers kind of spill out into the eating area when on break. Dont get me wrong, everyone needs a break. But Id rather not see the disheveled sweaty grumpy folks that are preparing the food Im about to eat. That matters cuz when your pair that with untrained service, poor inventory management, sticky floors and tables, and the odorous entrance, it just doesnt bode well for a positive dining experience. Hopefully management can make improvements cuz they are not on the main drag and need a consistent following to flourish.

When this place first opened, it was great. Great staff, great food, great environment for families esp with children. I am not sure if it has new management or what but the last time we went, I swore I will never go back. My daughter ordered garlic parmesan wings which came out soggy and over coated with the sauce. She could not eat it. I notified the waitress to inform her of the soggy wings and I asked if they can please just be taken off the bill, as she does not want to get another order. She refused. She stated that another order will be made and she could not take it off the bill. I explained that no body wanted the other order and why couldnt she take it off the bill, she said that was not how things were done there. She tried to force us to take the other order of wings but I refused. Then someone with authority showed up to yell at some staff members about a situation unrelated to ours, how did I know this? Because they were loud about the behaviors going on with the wait staff. I was so turned off by this and the whole place.

The relaunch was short lived. We went here after getting great food and great service during the relaunch but that has all fallen back to the same old problems. They were out of stuff on the menu we wanted or simply didnt carry it anymore. Note to staff; Taking it off the menu would probably be the best bet. CVS around the corner sells black sharpies to modify the menu. The chicken sandwich was a joke. I got 1 and a half pieces of chicken. I expected to cut my sandwich in half and have the rest tomorrow but after eating this sad portion of a sandwich I was still hungry. Definitely not high on my list of places to go eat in the area anymore.

I had an awesome experience at Coaches Grill, the food was great!!! The service was also Great!!!! There was also a good band playing too!! Kids eat free on Tuesday nights. Bucket Premium Beers $5.00 every night. Thursday nights all you can eat chicken wings. Just Saying

Dark cool atmosphere, lots of TVS everywhere, great food options from infamous original hamburgers to my favorite kicking bourbon hot wings (boneless or bone in) with an incredible homemade blue cheese dipping sauce. Theres also a salad bar!

Great place for burgers and friends. Some friends of our family own this place so in full disclosure, I may be a little biased. Its a cool, sports themed place with local Central area sports memorabilia on the walls. Great location too.

Staff was very rude, asked us to trade tables to accomadate a family with babies in high chairs, fine, no problem. Tried to put us at a horrible table in the doorway, other tables were open, holding for others, wont go back!!

This place SUCKED. We waited more than an hour, with no food. We waited about 30 minutes before our drinks came in. There was a woman next to the buffet, when there was no one there. I wouldnt give this a star if I could.

Dont waste your time or money here. The food is never right and the staff is always slow or no where to be found. If you want good quality food, dont expect it here. We will never be back to this place.
