Order was completely wrong, and the wrong food they gave us was cooked too long, so it was tough and mostly bone. We didnt even attempt to eat it. The funny part is we got it carry out because the wait staff was rude and unprofessional last time we dined in. With that experience, we actually sat for 40 Min before a waitress asked for our drink order. There were maybe 8 customers there that time and plenty of staff. Im generally easy to please, we are generally happy campers, and this is my first negative review. I didnt even want to deal with them and chalked it up to bad management and poor training. Perfect waste of time and money on an otherwise nice Saturday night. Not likely to ever eat at Dubuques BWW ever again. Poor chickens died for nothing.

Man, when did this place start to suck so bad? Confusing wing menu and confusing prices, in order to rip us off of every dollar we have. $32 for two medium wings?? Thats---no drink, no sauce, no sides, no fries, no appetizers, no desert, no tip....holy shlt! Theyre just wings, man! And frozen wings at that, fried in oil and dipped in sauce. It was way too dark in there, with 100 TVs, Poison playing their buttrock too loudly, and 5 teen "workers" chillaxing by the front door..."hosting." We were seated but had to leave before we ordered. Sorry, but I think this place has just gotten terrible. Too terrible to TRY again, even. Wing Stop is better tasting, but still ALMOST as pricey. Time to change your vision and mission statements, BWW!

If you can make it here whenever there is not a major league game, tournament, or event going on, you may find a good parking spot and the staff will be super friendly and helpful to you. However, if you do decide to come at a peak time (~4-10PM on a weekend, 12-1PM, or whenever the Hawkeyes are playing), be prepared to sit near some rambunctious fans who will clap, scream, and yell at every little development. There are some good lunch-time deals (11-2PM), and they promise delivery in under 15 minutes, or the meal is free (limited time promotion that is subject to change).

Weve been to a number of Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants and this has been by far the worst one. Weve been to Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants when they first open and you expect them to be bad, but this place blew bad out of the water. The service was awful!!!!!!!! The waitress got our order wrong, only checked back a few times, was irritated when we asked for things, my chicken sandwich was partially raw, brought the wrong beer, so the only thing she didnt screw up was my lemonade. So if you want raw food, awful service, and the wrong food, go to this place.

Despite the slow time it takes for wings to come, appetizers are bring rather quickly. The variety and delicious taste of more than 15 flavors (Ranging from Salted Caramel to flavors beyond regular standards) will have you coming back to try all the varieties of tastes. The seating is usually never full, and is a great place for snacking and a dinner. On a side note, I wish some of the workers would actually work rather than give me 4 wings instead of the 5 I paid for. Other than that, certainly a place Ill be coming back to.

good food, service is hit and miss. the last few times I have gone, half the time we have a really great server and half the time it is awful. twice now I have gone and waited over 15 minutes to be greeted after being seated at the table. usually protocol is to greet customers within 30 seconds... both times I have spoken with management and resolved the issues but it was very unpleasant to have to deal with snobby servers or be outright ignored (the waitresses had walked by the table several times and saw us)

Eat there quite often. We both had boneless wings spun in our choice of sauce but they came to the table almost naked of any sauce. We tried the soft pretzels for the first time. No cheese dip, just queso and/or spicey mustard. The pretzel was over hard on the outside and tasted awful with the dip provided. They took it off my bill but I was disappointed in the whole experience. I will continue to go here as usually I have good food and drinks with great company. Sorry, this dinner was a fail, BWW!

The wings are good but the service is not. No matter the day or time or the number of guests the service is always slow even to just get your drinks filled. The servers dont check back and each time Ive been there weve waited for the bill long after we were finished with the meal. The wings are good, I would suggest ordering a head for pick up.

This is definitely a good place to be during football season. You can watch 4+ games at a time no matter where you are seated. The food is good too. The service seemed a bit on the slow side, but they were quite busy at the time. Besides, theres no hurry to be elsewhere when the Packers are playing.

Like the chain as a whole, but the Dubuque is consistently slow and always mess up wing sauces. If you order 3, expect 2. If you order 2, expect 4. Food is decent but overall not as dedicated or enjoyable as other spots across the country.

Last time I was there they put our 1 year olds high chair in a busy aisle, people kept tripping over her, the service was horrible, they kept forgetting about us. It took forever forvour drinks to come out. Worst place I have ever been to

Dont bother with the lunch menu. Took 25 mins when they said about 10 and $9 got me a tiny sandwich and about a dozen fries. It did all taste good, just not worth the time or money for what you get. Lots of better options nearby.

Its a good place to hang with friends. Kind of overpriced. The various wing sauces are decent but nothing to write home about unless you just like spice. Overall not bad but its missing a lot of soul.

My phone kept notifying me to view and submit ratings, and after dismissing the notification it kept coming back, so Im posting this in hopes that it stops asking me to view ratings and photos.

I cant get enough of this place. I prefer the traditional wings with buffalo dry rub. Then I order sauce on the side for dipping. Great place for live sports. Great selection of beer.

The restuant is good but the bartender did not know how to pour a beer or clear a new keg. My brothers beer was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes because she left too much foam.

Not the place you want to go with a 1 hr lunch. They are slow and food quality lacking. The seem to be much better on weekends. 1 star for lunch. 4 star on weekends

Food is ok. Loud pretty much all the time. Even when there are no events on. Sometimes the waiters are great sometimes they have the personality of a toaster.

Great place to stop with children. Free tablets with games to play at table. And our server Sadie was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Food comes quick. I get my chicken plain as I cant eat the sauce but the person Im with gets the hot sauce and really enjoys it.
