Food was good but my piece of fish was dripping with either water or oil. I decided to get another fish sandwich to go and went to order it and asked if I could have a hush puppy instead of nasty bread they ruddy said no. Of course the whole place was riddled with melinials. One in particular, was very rude. IM waiting on my sandwich to come out and she turns around and says "did u need something " very rudely and I said " Im waiting on my sandwich " and she said ok and turned around quickly. 5mins go by and they finally give me my fish sandwich and the rude girl throws tarter sauce in my bag on top of my fresume fish sandwich. IM sorry bit thats nasty and Im pregnant, idk where ur grubby hands have been and I dont need it on my food. SO I got upset and said, I didnt want dirty tarter packets in my fresh fish . SHE looks at me and rolls her eyes and the proceeds to tell the other young girl next to her what I got mad about and she shook her head too. Uummm Im sorry but rude little brats that have never had to work in their life until recently, be mouth my little brats and put dirty packets that probably fell on the floor on my fresh food that Im going to feed to my unborn child!! Not to mention the man who received his food before me didnt get his drink and he looked at the same rude girl and said "my drink? I didnt get my drink!" SHE rudEly says "what??" HE repeared himself once more and she said "pH what did u want?" He told her and she gave it him with a look on her face and he said " a little less attitude next time would be great" she rolled her eyes and all the kids behind the counter made fun of him and laughed once he left. I didnt see anyone who resembled a manager either. One boy I came in contact with was nice. I delbt with him several times during my time there and he was polite and kind. HE asked what the problem was and I told him about the fish and the dirty packets and he got me a new piece of fish but the only thing that was wierd to me was the fact that I waited 5 mins for one piece of fish but when I had an issue I got one instantly. I tried to look through the window while they were "getting me a new piece of fish" but I just saw the lady grab me a peace of fish but it was directly behind the order up window so idk if they just gavery me the same piece of fish or not. VERY unhappy with the customer service

First the good stuff. The place was clean as well as the bathroom. The servers were friendly enough. The fish is large and perfectly cooked. .. flakey on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. But it had absolutely no flavor! Im not sure how they manage to make fish not taste like fish, but they did it. It didnt taste bad. It just didnt taste good. No salt, No pepper, nothing. Just bland. I put vinegar on it and that helped a bit. Even the onion rings tasted plain. I tried the tartar sauce and it was ok. The hush puppy is bland as well. I really wanted to like this place. They got a 100 on their inspection and theyve been around for a long time. If you eat just to be filled, this is your place. Portions were on the large side. But if you want some flavor, go elsewhere or bring your own spices! Also the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

FishBox for two $ 16.99 and i got 3 and 1/2 pieces fish about a half cup of fries and small single cup of coldslaw. All the other Moby Dicks that I have been to had 4 hole pieces of fish, tons of fries and two single cups of coldslaw. Apparently the owner of this Moby Dick cannot afford to even put the proper portions of food in the orders. Would never go back thier. And they put the drive-thru in front of everybodys orders that are inside ordering

BAD SERVICE..BEWARE::: CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE..DID NOT GET EVERYTHING I ORDER.NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ..IT SUCKS TO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BECAUSE IT COST ALOT TO GET SO LITTLE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
