We usually have a great experience at Bonefish however tonight we did not. We were seated and waited over 15 minutes for our server (the restaurant was not even close to being full) and just about every other server walked by our table once or twice. I finally went to the desk and asked the "manager" if we could get some service. His reply..."let me see". So then we finally got a quick plate of bread and an apology from another server that our server was "busy". Unreal. He had two tables! Then our guy finally showed up and apologized. So, OK....maybe something was going on. Anyway, he said his "manager" told him to offer us a "free" appetizer. We did not want an appetizer. We had drinks and a nice meal ( the food was great). His "manager" never approached us with an apology, an excuse or a kiss-my-ass. Very frustrating. We wont be back for a looooooooooong time.

First time going to Bonefish Grill. Started at the bar. The blackberry sangria was great. Finally got called to the table. Waiter seemed a little slow. The lobster flatbread was fabulous. Finally got some bread which was also good. Noticed that the prices were a little steep. Was expecting great food. I ordered the sirloin, my husband ordered the lamb chops. The food as edible but definitely not worth the price. Probably will not be returning.

This place has been a gem for many years. While most restaurants fall off, this place has always found a way to stay on top. Great selection of wine, beers, and food options. Atmosphere is always top notch. Had a chance to speak with one of the managers and he seemed genuinely interested in talking. The staff was friendly and I could tell team work is a must there. Highly recommended!

The food wasnt as spectacular as it was expensive. We were packed in the restaurant asses to elbows. Theres no way a fire marshal would let that slide. The service was good, though we felt like they were wishing we would leave. We were visiting with my parents for the first time in a while. I understand you need to turn over your tops, but I dont get to see my Mama that often.

Place was freezing cold and we were told a 35-40 minute wait. It took over an hour to get seated and the dining room was very cramped. Anytime the table next to you got up their butt was all up in your face. The server acted as if it was a privilege for us to have him as a server. Food was the only redeeming quality, and we will most likely not be back.

The service was great and efficient the food was fresh and correct and our waiter was awesome..... I tried the boom boom shrimp and OMMGGG IT WAS WORTH THE 10.70.... THE SHRIMP POPS IN YOUR MOUTH.... I ALSO HAD THE GRILLED SHRIMP COBB SALAD WITH HERB DRESSING.... #IMPECCABLE DEFINITELY WORTH IT! FYI THE WINE SELECTION IS MAGNIFICENT!

Great menu selection, however, im lighting makes it hard for older patrons to enjoy reading it for themselves. It would be nice too have better table lighting for reading. Food was tasty...enjoy my meal each time I go. I finally master the portions by insisting we share a meal. Leftovers are not really grand but neither is waste.

The food was good. The service was not. The wait for a table was supposed to be 30 minutes, it was an hour. Even erasing a jacket throughout dinner, it was freezing cold in there. The tables ate packed so closely that typy cant get up from your seat without bumping into someones table.

The scalups main dish was DELICIOUS, two Heineken and a Suffle for desert, made my day, afternoon and night. Great Seafood place for delicious food, I wish I could have had the chance to invite a friend for this great Seafood restaurant. Great choice for seafood. Cheers!

One of best restaurants in town. The happy hour on Wed is a great bargain and they allow you to sit anywhere not just the packed bar. The house wine is a great pour and a great wine. Service was wonderful and quick. The scallops with corn risotto amazingly good.

My brother took me on Mothers here. Our wait wasnt long, cause we called ahead. We had a nice waiter, Blake. He was amazing. Great food. Great atmosphere. My brothers first time here and he wants to come back. Thank you guys for a great mothers day dinner.

We just finished our appetizers. Amazing. Coconut shrimp was out of a magazine. The staff is consistent in making sure the customer is taken care of. They are oriented around the customer. Yes bring your better half here. He/she will certainly enjoy it.

It was excellent. The service was wonderful, and prompt. The food was delicious! The only complaint was that we had to remind the server about our wine, and they were out of the macaroni. Other than that, it was excellent! Highly recommended.

Too cold to enjoy food with teeth chattering! This is winter or summer. Like the food but dont go there unless we have lots of layers. The food is pretty good except it gets cold too, unless you eat really fast. Makes overall value poor.

We ordered drinks from their highlighted summer menu such took to long to receive. When the food finally arrived it was acceptable but nothing astonishing for the price. No garnish nor embellishment. The food was ok but not exceptional.

We have always enjoyed this location. Staff is on point and the food is consistently delicious. For best ambiance it is best to brave the late evening wait list and avoid the seemingly deaf and oblivious happy hour regulars.

The food is always fantastic and the restaurant is very well-decorated. We had a couple of problems with service in the past which have since been fixed, so I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Food was great. Bang Bang shrimp appetizer is outstanding! Generous portion too. Both our fish entrees were excellent. The spinach side dish: wow! Some may say its a little pricey, but I think its worth it.

Outstanding food and service. We had the salmon and trout, both grilled and very good. The sweet potato mash was also a very good side dish. Troy was our waiter and he provided excellent service.

Lovely place for sea food. Its related to Outback Steakhouse, but seems to be a cut above that. The salmon was wonderful, and the Caesar salad on the small side but extra tasty. Will be back.
