Horrible service! My sister and I visited after a business meeting. The female hostess was extremely rude, she promptly informed us that there were no seats available without checking or giving us an estimated wait time. A male host followed behind her and politely informed us that we would be seated in 5 mins, after a few tables were cleared. Our server never bothered to check on us as she was more involved with the table adjacent to ours. She walked passed our table several times and my assumption was that the male host noticed her neglectful behavior and came to our table to take our drink and food order for us. I have never experienced service so poor, as this. The adjacent table was extremely escalated as well. It was a true disappointment for it was our first time. Needless to say we will not return again. We left our tip with the male host, he seemed to be the only one who could provide great service to paying customers.

Pros: +The food. The food was very good. I ordered a salad and unsweet tea. I never received my unsweet tea so I can not make a comment on it, but the salad was delicious, but ran on the small side. Cons: -The service was awful. Once we were seated to our table we had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter to show up. Once a waiter did show, she took our order and we did not see her again until after we were done with our meal. Also, I did not get everything I ordered. I ordered a salad and unsweet teat The service never brought me my unsweet tea, Thankfully they did not charge me for the Tea. After the meal was done, I asked for the check and it took them 30 minutes to bring me my check. It was not a very busy day so there was no excuse for this bad service. -Plate size: The salad I order was the size of a side salad you would normally get at other restaurants around town and it cost 4 times as much.

The service was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ambiance is very nice except the restaurant was freezing cold. Management did respond when we complained about the temperature, but I was not comfortable until the meal was almost over. Food prices seemed a bit high for "tapas" size portions; but, with some appetizers, our food was filling and everything tasted great. The presentation was impressive. Wines were very good, although some seemed a bit pricey. We do not understand the $3 extra service charge on wine flights (which was one reason we declined to order any.) I would definitely go again, but certainly not weekly.

Odd little place with amazing food! Its definitely worth braving the heard of pompous East-end aging Yuppies. Though some of the diners are obnoxious, the staff was wonderful and attentive. Though cheap, meals are small plate/tappas- keep that in mind. It is intended that your party share the food and experiene. Everything we tried was AMAZING. Mac-n-cheese balls are the bomb! We also had the pork nachos, steak and frites, shrimp and grits, fried chicken tacos, crab cakes, and the chocolate/burbon beignets... all were quickly devoted! A MUST GO!

The food is good, but one note. Lots of options, as expected for a Tapas location, but everything was just "ok." Nothing was bad, and everything was cooked well, but the food was overall forgettable. The service was brisk, but courteous. Wine and beer options are on point and offer a range for everyone. The tables/seating itself can be a bit tight depending on where you are in the restaurant, but overall the location is beautiful.

Loved everything about it. Great atmosphere, great service and food. We tried the red fish tacos and can say they are the best we have ever had. Chicken salad sandwich was fantastic and the fried chicken and mash potato taco made our 8 year old very happy. We will definitely come back for another meal!

Food is always amazing. So many different choices, but you want to try them the first night. Dont! Come back and have different food choices and try all their wines! Never a disappointment. We prefer to sit at the bar. Always good to get to know your bartender!

I visited LouVino with a friend during 502 Foodie week and we shared 4 different tapas which all were simply delicious, fresh and flavorFULL! The service was excellent and on point! Plus it was Tuesday...Half price bottled wine! A must visit again! And soon!

The idea is good! But the amount of food is pitiful for the price! Paid $10 for 2 really small tacos and $12 for 2 miniature burgers! They tasted good. But we dropped $40 And left still very hungry!
