Just ordered 2lbs of wings or 25 wings and received 20 wings that weighed 1lb 3oz with the container. Called Bootleg and was told it was by weight not the number of wings, and when I told them how much it weighed was told by a different person that the 2lbs is pre-cook weight and that I should get at least 25 wings...so which is it? Not to mention, they just raised their prices on the wings by $2. I was told by one person they would send me a gift card, but then he never took my address and when I was back on the phone with a girl, she asked my name and what I ordered and told me a manager would call me back but didnt ask for my number. I had to remind her to take my number. So...I was given lip service for getting ripped off on my food. I like their food and have never had an issue with them before now, but I am seriously disappointed with this experience. People make mistakes, and Id not fault them for it, at least as long as you own your mistake and not BS me.

The lady that helped us was not personable at all. We were the only customers there and it was if we were burdening her. The meat was covered in bbq sauce which did not allow us to actually taste the meat. We chose brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken. We could not taste the difference between the pork and chicken. The flavor was okay. The twice baked potato casserole was mashed potatoes with nacho cheese sauce on top. Definitely not a casserole which was misleading. If you are wanting a bbq place I would certainly go somewhere else unless this is the only place you have to choose from.

Friendly staff yes prices reasonable but food .....Im a truck driver and this is by far some of the worst Ive had ..nothing has an authentic taste all seems store bought....as for Togo orders apparently is policy for workers to show customer what they put in bag but we did not know that ...got to hotel 30 miles away and was missing a whole side..called to complain and they said only same day voucher or fill out complaint form with manager who apparently was not on duty...definitely do not recommend..I went by the reviews and was gravely misled...

I called at noon and placed an order of 25 wings arrived on time and waited in line for my food wow waiting for an excess of 12 minutes I do not appreciate the staff talking to another female about a well-known heroin user in front of her child all while also talking about taking her child into the bar very unprofessional I could tell the older lady next to me was in disgust just as I was I hope my wings are good because if they are not I will most definitely come back

Pass on this. The smashed potatoes were tasty, but almost positive they were instant. The pulled pork could have been bought in bulk from any big box membership club. The Beef Brisket was the best thing I had. But, Im not sure why any chef would mutilate their brisket to this degree before serving it. Sauce was a bit sweet for my liking and all meat was pre-sauced (as well as served with an additional side on sauce ... Im not sure why).

Over the past year or so, the quality of the food here has declined. Nevertheless, I decided to give them another try today and sadly was disappointed again. I ordered a half slab of ribs which were not tender at all and difficult to pull off the bone. Also, the ribs tasted neither seasoned or smoked basically just like a pork roast. I really have enjoyed Bootleg Bbq in the past and hope they turn things around.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Bootleg BBQ on Preston Highway is. They are catering my second party this season and the food is always top notch. They are super friendly and helpful and the order is always right. Coming from Etown to the Louisville football games, it is a super quick stop to swing through and pick up wings for our tailgate. We have had great success with using them!

Ribs were very tuff or wor cooked the da before.. The food used to be awesome but the last seven times weve gotten ribs tired of being disappointed. What a shame, I dont know if they have new owners. But not taking care of all customers they will be out of business soon. Gonna give one last chance on Valentines Day...

The mutton is absolutely delicious! I tried the mutton and I loved it so much I havent tried anything else. I found the place last week and Ive eaten there three times since. Friendly service, fast for what they do, decent prices, and again the mutton was absolutely delicious! Wanting to try other things but the mutton...

Love the Okolona store! Great BBQ! The beef brisket is AMAZING! In fact our favorite BBQ north of Texas. The owners are delightful people and the if you enjoy the local sports rivalry youll get a kick out of the fact it is a house divided with both Cards and Cats memorabilia on the walls.

The food tasted okay, but the price always a bit much for the taste. The people were rude. The parking lot was horrible. There was no option for chip cards or NFC payments. The décor seemed "real". They are not bicycle friendly. The quantity was large.

Recently had Bootleg cater a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Food was fantastic as usual, delivery employee was personable, efficient and helpful. Price was best for quantity in our area. Will use Bootleg again for dinner and catering services.

The BBQ is alright, nothing to write home about. The staff is not overly friendly. The atmosphere is scary at first, but then I realized that is part of the charm of the place. The mashed potatoes and baked beans are great! Good value for your money.

Fantastic BBQ. I only do carryout so I cant speak to the dine-in experience, but the food is top notch! Ive also seen them cater events too. Its a good feeling to see their truck and know your gonna eat some killer pulled pork!

These folks are great. Food is awesome and staff is friendly. The smoked meat actually tastes like naturally smoked meat! For me, Bootleg BBQ is the benchmark for all others.

Decent food for an ok price. I prefer my pulled pork naked, so I can add my own sauce. They serve it pre-sauced. It was worth checking out, but not on our list to return to.

Only place in town with turkey bar-b-que. Really good turkey. Side items and desserts are good and reasonable. I will drive a lot farther to get there..
