ordered over the phone.. told the girl i wanted the pasta with marinara sause, 2 of them, along with cheese sticks and an extra order of bread sticks... Go to pick it up and get back home with it and it was 2 orders of chicken alfredo.... called and told them about it after the phone rang 20 times and they said well have it ready for you but youll probly get cold bread sticks... I go to get it and told the girl after I had to wait to talk to her for 10 minutes....cause everybody was busy.. told her i was there for the paasta marinara, she went to check, siad it be about 10 minutes, then had a man ask what i needed told him and he was like telling the girl they got the order wrong, like it was my fault.. I think they wanted to get rid of the chicken alfredo, casue it wasnt even hot when my BF went and picked it up, and i live across the rd... I tasted the chicken and it didnt taste right, we was just gonna keep it, but since they made the mistake anyway i called in.. plus like i siad the chicken tasted like it had been from either yesterdy or earlier that day...There was to many ppl waiting to be seated and had been standing there for more then 15 minutes... and there was a woman behind me to pay and couldnt pay cause they hadnt waited on me yet.. so she had to wait at least 10 minutes before she could pay, she was even aggrivated... IDK if ill go here again or not, I didnt have any problems here before this one.. there pizza has always been great....nice crust and toppings...

So this pizza hut was great whenever me and my BF moved here about a year and a half ago..after about 3 months it went to hell. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks today and the estimated delivery time was like 45 mins from the time i ordered it and it took 45 mins longer than the estimated delivery time to get here. once it did the delivery guy made up an excuse and said my food had been in his bag for about 40 mins so it should still be warm..i didnt tip him. i sat down opened the box and felt the pizza it was cold and so were the breadsticks. and im not the type of person to complain but this was just ridiculous, so i called and nobody ever answered, i tried like 5 times and i finally got sent to the corporate phones i guess and they said they would have this store send my a new pizza and breadsticks. i havent got them yet but if these are bad too im gonna be really upset. but i dont plan on ever eating at this one ever again. its just nasty.

After reading the reviews for this place we still decided to give it a chance. Upon entering we noticed six or seven tables that had not been cleaned off. And they were not busy. I walked around and noticed several tables that were not being attended to and the grumble of unhappy customers. They had the pizza bar open but the salad bar was empty and there was only one pizza on the bar, thats it. Really!! I even seen one customer go behind the counter to refill his own drink. Asked him how the service was. He replied pitiful. This place has been consistently crappy for several years now. Seems there keeping in step with tradition. So we are here at Fat Cats up the road. This is definitely the place for pizza in georgetown. Sometimes you just want The Hut. But with the way that one is run its not worth it.

Unbelievably bad experience! When making a phone call to this pizza to place our order, the employee had an attitude. Wasnt pleasant at all. When placing our order, I told the employee we would be using credit card. I thought it was odd that no one asked for card number, but they said "ok got it." Our estimated time was 30 minutes. Our delivery driver arrived 94 minutes later. I set a timer. He was not aware that we were using credit card and when I handed over my card, he looked at me like I was stupid and proceeded to get angry and said "this is crazy yall shoulda told us on the phone correctly!" Exact words....... Then he just left. We waited over an hour and a half for food that we never received!!! Outrageous

Tuesday, 06/07 06:50pm. Stood in line for more than 7 minutes. That was enough. Then, some guy comes over to seat us. I politely ask for a window seat near the front. I get arms waived, eyes rolled, and an OMG expression. REALLY? Are you serious. Sorry I am such a bother to your evening. !!!! Not that the service has been stellar here before, but this is the PITS! And as he was leading us toward the front with this attitude, I asked, "Is there a problem"? His answer was "Well, yes, we dont like to ...." to which I cut him off and said "Never Mind".... and Never Again. Incredible.

I am throughly disgusted with the "pizza" I just received. I have never written a review before, but I hope I can save more unsuspecting customers looking for edible pizza. This pizza was so soggy and cold that the bottom of it actually stuck to the box. Not only were they late on the delivery, but the entire order was cold. In no way am I picky about my pizza, but I literally could not eat this sponge like pizza they brought me. Never ever ordering here again. Ever.

Gross and selling food that has been from the day before. The pizza was so nasty and you know how pizza taste after you warm it up the next day thats how it tasted and looked. When I call to complain the manager was really rude about it like Im lying about there Pizza being nasty and old. Every time I order from there the pizza is always nasty but I keep ordering because of the commercials on TV lol but I wont do it anymore at least at this location. Taste like

I ordered at 8:30 and it was after 10 (along with a smartass delivery driver) that I finally got the order. Not fresh at all and they forgot my 4 mountain dew. I called and told them I was coming to pick up the mountain dew and they were fine with it. We get there and they have locked the doors and now wont answer their phone. What kind of place hires such horrible employees? Seriously. How do I complain to their corporate office!?!

I wont EVER eat there again! Ordered chicken wings delivery. When I got them they werent hot but Im not the kind of person to call with complaints so I just ate them. 15-20min later I got violently ill. I still feel like horrible. Dont know what was wrong with it but I know I will never eat their food again. I threw the rest away before someone else in my family ate them. Delivery girl was nice though.

Pre-ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5:30. It arrived at 4:30 and was cold. Was so bad I took one bite and threw the entire thing away. Called to complain and was sent to corporate. They offered to send another and I told them no thanks because the first one was so bad it made me sick. They offered a full refund at least. Ended up having to call Dominos to get a decent pizza.
