This ended up being my "go-to" local pizza place for a while -- the food was good and my order was always correct. However, I lived out of the area and would have to pick it up. Since I feel tipping is only necessary for delivery or being waited on, I dont tip for to-go or pick-up orders (and should note I pay with credit card). One day I was reviewing my bank statement, and saw that I had been overcharged (by quite a few bucks) on my most recent visit. I called and requested to speak with the manager, who took nearly a day to get back to me. Even then, when I explained the situation, they brushed it off and said that the "delivery team member mustve accidentally written the tip amount on your receipt instead of the correct one". But why are delivery people (or any PH team member at that rate) writing tips on the receipts?! All I can say is be very aware of what youre being charged if youre using a credit card!

well, its pizza hut so the food is just like every pizza hut, except with this location youre going to have trouble with your order. Simply taking an order, making the order, and delivering the order, is above thier skill level. I have tried them 3 times. First time "extra sause" was delivered as a no sause pizza... second time breadsticks became cheese sticks, and third time they "ran out of dough" to make any type of bread side, and changing the order became a fun experiance including having them call me and have a computer tone play in my ear so loud I think it bleed a little. Being a pizza place and running out of bread is like McDonalds saying they are out of burgers I think..... kinda shows disfunction on every level.

Pizzas or normal pizza hut and kids that work there are great, but my orders have been messed up too. I got the wrong pizza entirely once. I dont know how these operate, but it seems to me that the management or owners of this location take the local crowd for granted because they are carrying a brand name. The folks in town were excited about getting this pizza hut, but ive not been too impressed and there are lots of other options around.

They have delivered to our house for 2 yrs since we moved in. I called today and manager named Mark was very short, rude, and abrupt. I also have always tipped well for being out in the country. I will only be ordering from our other local pizza joint, Sarahs pizza.
