Servers always seem to be in a hurry to take your order or to run in the opposite direction before you can ask for silverware. The food is satisfactory for the most part. HOWEVER, what I witnessed today has me disgusted. I cant say Ill be back any time soon. I ordered candied bacon. Mmmm.... I was told it was the last order. It was dark, way too crispy and had a burnt taste. I politely returned the bacon. Not 10 mins later. I watched a manager serve the same last order of candied bacon to lady a few tables over. Does this not break health code? I touched it, I bit a piece off one of the strips. I dont think food is suppose to be re-served like that... Is it?

The wife and I used to be regulars there and loved the food. But the last three visits were horrible. One time, it took ten minutes to get served, then longer to get the bill. I actually had to go to the cashier and request the bill so we could pay and leave. The next time, we left because after we were seated no one ever came to our table. We complained on their website and they sent us $20 in $5 coupons. So we went back and the same thing, no service. When we got our orders, one was lukewarm and the other with the wrong side. We just left paying for only what we ate. I think giving them three chances was too giving. I wont be back.

I normally love this place. But lately they seem to be extremely slow. I arrived at 11:45 and it is now 12:35. Still waiting on our food. There are seven tables open for at least the last 5 minutes, if not more, and a slew of people in the waiting area. They seem understaffed and unable to support the amount of guest. Watched a patron create a swan out of his place mat. #bored, #waitingonfood

I stopped in today and placed a carry-out order. After a nearly half-hour wait I checked on my orders progress. The chick who took my order told me "your order wasnt entered. Sorry." She and the cashier stood there looking at me, faces vacant and mouths hanging open, much like too many of my college classmates. I just walked out. Think Im going back?

This place tops so many in quality food, friendly service and fair prices. An added feature is terrific. I am handicapped and can call in my order and it is brought to my car, in a bag that I can easily handle with all the items in good order, PLUS the servers are absolutely wonderful rain or shine. Thank you Bob Evans for this added service.

No matter how long I come after I place my carry out order its never ready when you get there. Poor customer service and very rude to their customers I suggest waffle house is a better option. Much cheaper and faster too. Or just Amy other place in general. Needless to say Ill never order carryout from this place again.

The food was good as always. The service was good but not as good as usual maybe because it was busy for a Sunday morning. I realize not getting all my order is a small thing. I asked several tomes about my order and never did recieve it. So I requested my check paid and left.

Always good food and reasonably priced. I recommed the "mush", biscuits and gravy, and the grits. I cant say the same for the service though. Its mediocre. No hostess on duty at any time, therefore, you have to stand there and wait to be seated until a server seats you.

Good food, fast seating but due to popularity and customer size service tends to be a little slow and not at tables as long. Breads are great but most of the food is very oily if cooked on the grill. This location is very big compared to most in my opinion.

So I was a server whom got fired today for not taking any bull... I was requested often and do nothing wrong and worked hard for the company. They lost a good employee today and it makes me sick that I got fired and they kept the wrong people

Love this place. Great pancakes for breakfast or anytime and had a wonderful dinner too. Loved the chicken and banana bread. Good prices as well. This has to be one of our favorite family meal places. All four of us has left happy every time.

Best Bob Evans experience Ive ever had, and arguably the best casual dining experience Ive ever had. Semi-long wait for our food, but the service made up for it. Quiet crowd, so it was perfect for our casual business meeting.

When Joe cable is not working or not able to oversee, the service and management drop the ball! Today mgr stood back with 10 people in line to pay, express my concerns, all I got was excuses! Unexceptionable!!!

Food was predictably good. Managers were attentive. Waitress was non existent. Not sure what was going on but I spoke to the manager as we wanted get our check. Hope they addressed the waitress situation.

Acceptable. Personally I dont like their recent menu changes but I can always find something to eat at Bob Evans. I likes the atmosphere before the remodel when they had all of the historic local photos.

When they are having a good day they do a good job. Dont expect real butter or real cream for your coffee. If a corner can be cut they go the cheap and easy route.
