I am going to be very HONEST!! Yes the food is ok. But the Customer service= is HORRIBLE!!! They messed up my order and yes I opened the container to look at my meal, my fish sandwich was wrapped up so I didnt bother to open = it at that moment ( wrong move ). When I finally opened to eat my fish sandwich, I had paid extra for cheese but the cheese was not on my sandwich. I then called the restaurant to inform them of the mess up and the owner informed me that I would receive a free fish sandwich meal. The next day I called to order my free complimentary meal and he informed me that he could not take my order or give me a free meal. It is businesses like this that get over on people.Because if you have done it to me. Imagine how many other people they do this to. They will never have me as a customer ever again!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from a here a few times because its one of the closest wing spots near my house. I keep hoping that the next time will be different but unfortunately, theyve been consistent in bad service, long delivery wait times, and not so great food! Its a shame I have to drive 20-30 minutes away for good wings but cold wings that still taste good after reheated from the drive is better than these wings hot out the fryer.

Absolutely the worst Philly Steak & Cheese Sandwich ever! The steak was dried flakes with a couple of mushroom on a dry toasted hoagie bun! Not EDIBLE at all! I usual recommend this place to all my family members that visit from out of town! NOT ANYMORE! Please look at your Philly before you leave or you will be out of $7.00 hard earned BUCKS!!! I wish I had taken a picture before I through it away! I was to upset!

Food is good. Presentation if the establishment ok I guess. Customer service is 50/50 some days its good other days its bad. Saturday I ordered 60 wings I was sitting in the parking lot for 15 min when I got them they were cold. Smh it isnt make sense. I pointed it out n the response was you took a minute to get here lmao. Update smh

Bad customer service and long waits is a horrible combo. The wings were okay although I did ask for Xtra crispy and didnt get it. Celery doesnt come with food and is a $1 extra. I paid for it just to receive very brown celery sticks. No ice for drink. First and last time eating here.

I give them a 4.5, but it rounds up to 5.0. If only the lemon pepper wings were LESS greasy. Everything else was perfect. Price is GREAT.. speed is GREAT.. service is great as well. About to head there again NOW!!! I love ordering by phone lol

I used to come here all the time. Their wings and fries used to be sooo good!! It was around the time they stopped delivering is when I stopped going. Their food became terrible!! They changed everything. Very disappointing.

The food is good. Unfortunately, when you ask for extra crispy fries, they usually overcook the wings and the fries are left like a baked potatoe. Just check your food before you leave, and you should be okay.
