Was there on Good Friday, April 18, 2014... Ordered my food which is WAY overpriced to begin with, when I reached the window I asked for addtl ketchup and was told I would have to pay .07 per two packs of ketchup. I proceeded to voice my opinion of how insanely ridiculous that was esp given their high prices. The drive thru clerk didnt have anything to say so I asked for the manager. He came to the window and I proceeded to relay the same complaint to him (Leo was his name), in which his response was "we dont set the prices", I told him I understood that and that all I wanted was for him to relay the msg to his corporate office. His response then was "if you dont like our prices, you dont have to eat here"...and "if you cant afford .07 for ketchup"...and shrugged his shoulders....needless to say, my family will NEVER eat Moby Dick again!! I cannot find a corporate office to complain about the customer service I recd from this so called "manager"... I can certainly see why they are going out of business left and right....

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. The young child working tonight (1-14-2016) is extremely RUDE. I asked when ordering, when paying AND when they handed me my order if the marinara sauce was in the order. I was told YES, just to get home to find Shrimp sauce. When my boyfriend called, she hung up on him. All he did was say that they got it wrong after being told multiple times. Then, when I called to get the managers name, she automatically started running her mouth. Not even knowing why I was calling! Then,tried telling me my boyfriend cussed her out. Really?! I was sitting right here, he was nice. This CHILD needs to learn customer service skills or be fired. Melinda Morrison was the rude ass that was there tonight. Never have we been treated so disrespectful, the manager didnt even reprimand this CHILD for her actions. Corporate will be called and so will the head manager in the morning.

I was at the call box for 19 minutes before I called them on the phone thay said there machines were down . I said what the deep drier! She said it would have to be cash only . I said ok so I ordered pulled up to the window and waited another 12 minutes. And then got 1/2 of my food the man ask if I paid for the other All ready I said yes.5 minutes later he tryed to give me some ones (family feast) . I said thats not mine so again he ask if l have All ready paid . I kind of looked at him funny and said yes again about 4 minutes later I got the rest of my order . If you are keeping track of how long I was there to get a box for 2 and a shrimp dinner it was44 minutes total. But as I was pulling away from the window I watched the car behind me hand the man a CREDIT CARD.

I work at this moby dick and have been for a year. We have many loyal customers that tell us all the time how amazing our food is. We give out extremely large portions and do our best to provide great customer service. Yes, you do pay for extra condiments and must know we dont have an unlimited amount to just give out.Our managers are absolutely amazing and do try to work with our customers and employees. This is one of the best places to go to for a clean place,quality food, and service. (i am not rude, i am an extremely respectful person. I guess we all see situations differently)

Hours indicate theyre open until 9p. Arrived at 7:45 and doors were locked. Staff inside directed us to drive-thru. Asked the cashier why the doors were locked. She said inside closed at 7:30p and store closed at 8p. Wont use this particular location again. Then to top it off, asked for white bread for our sandwiches, got home and both orders had rye bread!

I waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes, fish was over cooked and was cold , lady complained about a manager not being there she was left with only one person. She was sweet , but this was not a good experience all together with the cost of the food and the quality of it as well.

Waa told by friends that "best fried fish - anywhere"...After one order, two huge fillets, large enough for four sandwiches - I agree!! Outstanding. Only issue is that its the one location that prepares the fish in this manner-other locations are not as good.
