I have never received as terrible service as I did at this Subway anywhere else in my life. I first pulled up to the drive thru since I had my kids in the back, I thought it would have made life quite a bit easier to not have to get out. After a few minutes of nothing over the intercom, even after I said "hello", I pulled into a stop and decided to go in with our orders written down. I get in line behind 5 people, the first 3 were already finishing up their sandwiches on the veggie line, and the other 2 were just starting. Normally this wouldnt take too long to get taken care of, so I stood patiently waiting my turn to put my order in. Once the first portion of the last 2 orders was taken care of, 1 of the 2 workers disappears. Not a big deal, they might have had to take an urgent bathroom break or something might have been cooking behind the scenes, I didnt think much of it. The first 3 people are now done and have paid. The other 2 customers’ sandwiches were still in the oven, so the worker still remaining comes down my way. Now, at this point, I have been waiting around 10 minutes. I step up to the glass, and I go ahead and tell the lady that I have 4 sandwiches to order. She gave me the most evil "how dare you make me work" glares that I have ever seen. I then looked her dead in the eyes and said "never mind then, I can take my business elsewhere", which she then tried to apologize and I said "no thank you, I can tell Im not welcome here", and left. I then told my sister in law about the experience a couple hours later, she lives near this location and she told me this is a pretty common thing.

Ive been to a lot of subways. This was one of the worst. The young girl behind the counter making my sandwich acted like she didnt want to be there and had an attitude. TheN she didnt bother asking if I wanted it toasted. Then the next gentleman (larger young man) was not friendly at all. Didnt even ask what I wanted, just awkwardly stared at me. Clearly didnt want to be there. Lady at the register was nice. Apparently this subway isnt allowed to sell carved turkey...? Or siracha. IH&C Bread was fantastic.

Terrible service! I do not reccomend! I came in at 5:30 pm, which is a high traffic time. They were out of all the bread except wheat which is unacceptable. Then they were out of tomatoes. What Subway doesnt have ingredients at a rush time of day? The manager who served me had a sour attitude and would not give me the amount of pickles I asked for because she was afraid she would run out of those too. Terrible service, do not reccomend. Ill drive to glasgow before eating here again.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite on a road trip, the lady behind the counter continuously rolled her eyes as I & another guest placed our orders. With an attitude like that she shouldnt be working in customer service.
