This Taco Bell has to be the worst in the state. They are always slow. The line is wrapped around the building. management is a joke. I was in line for over 20 minutes when I finally got my order it was wrong and they put the Mexican Pizza on its side so it leaked out of the box and onto everything else in the bag. I pulled back into the parking lot and showed the person working the counter. The manager never came out and it took them another 20+ minutes to remake the pizza and actually give me the 2 burritos that were not in the bag. I looked at the bag and asked what about all the other stuff that is covered in Mexican Pizza. I was then told, "oh we didnt know you wanted everything replaced. 40+ minutes waisted and no apology, no Manager, and crappy food. and to make it worse this is the Norm for this place.

Went through the drive through over the weekend and instead of $27.96 worth of food, we got a 10lb bag of sauce. Not realizing until we got home, we called the manager, Brandon, to ask what was going on -- instead of apologizing, he laughed at us. Had to return the next day to speak with Katie, who also would not refund us and also did not apologize. I said Katie, I really want to keep this between us but if you wont refund my hard earned dollars Im going to call the police and report this as theft. She said, "OK". Sadly, I my hand was forced and I called her bluff. Ended up speaking with the Floyds Knobs county sheriff department and they were incredibly helpful and were able to get our money back. (Thank you!) I hope the district manager, Chris Smith, can use this as a teaching opportunity.

My boyfriend and I ordered a late dinner and after being in line for about 20 min we finally received our food. His drink was incorrect to start off. When they handed us the bag they had just thrown $24 worth of food all together. By the time we got home the food and bag was so greased soaked that the bag busted and the tacos were all soggy and mush. Not to mention all of the food was incorrect and we didnt receive part of the order. I have posted pictures to show how grease soaked the food was.

Food is mediocre, but the employees are idiots, and the place isnt clean. Reason I say this, is because I ordered some Nachos, and asked they add red sauce to it. Instead of putting the red sauce on top, they put it in the very bottom, under the chips. Meat was not warm, but not cold. I wish I could give half a star, and make it 2.5, but since I cant I will have to give it 2 stars.

Online, it says on Friday and Saturday they are open until 3AM. Got there 20 minutes before closing on Saturday(which is PLENTY of time to make a taco...) and there were workers inside, but no response in the drive thru. If youre open until 3AM, serve until 3AM. Its OK Wendys will get my cash.

Had a simple order and yet it was totally screwed up. This was my first and last visit to this taco Bell. I ordered the crunch wrap box with an airhead freeze. I received a shredded chicken burrito and 1 crunchy tacos in the box and no freeze. So disappointed in this Taco Bell.

Made me enjoy Taco Bell again after 9 years of hating it but only going to locations when friends would say it was the only thing they wanted so I would settle. Well now I know of atleast one that I can go to and enjoy. Thank you.
