I have come here several times since they opened. Never once have I been able to get my order when walking through the door and I always come for the "Hot and Ready" pizzas. Its very frustrating. Customer service is OK. I will sometimes be ignored for several minutes while they fill other orders before even acknowledging my presence.

Place sucks cause I have never came and not waited 15 mins for hot and ready pizza half the time its me and 2 other people in the store or drive thru step it up its called prep Covington has it down never had to wait their and they are getting more business

Who the hell puts a drive thru window in so the cars have to line up right in front of a place for children. There are kids coming in and out of the gymnastics gym and the drive thru lane is literally across the front door. Very very unsafe.

Great for those with a hectic lifestyle. Drive up, tell them what you want, you pay for it and they hand you a pizza. Dinner, lunch or snack in just a few minutes. And, might I add, reasonable price, great location, and good pizza.

Good prices but service is lacking at times. Both of my last visits my order was put off to the side and we had long waits. It was admitted and fixed, however, were talking about putting it on a do not go list.

Yes they have pizza but always check your order 3 times ordered bacon wrap pizza and theyve gotten it wrong,no biggy but still a pain to have and bring it back.
