Panera is one of my favorite spots for lunch. Homemade soups like Tomato Basil, Chicken Wild Rice, Chicken Noodle and Black Bean are my favorites. Soup menu varies from time to time. A large variety of sandwiches available, not just ordinary ham/ cheese combinations. Turkey cranberry is just one of the many delicious sandwich combinations available. Half sandwich/soup or half salad/soup available combos are available too. Summer menu includes more salads. Sweets are out of this world, and can include cookie for 99 cents with meal. Shortbread cookies are sumptuous! Thats only one of the numerous treats. Chai drinks, coffee drinks available plus fresh made bread, soup bowls and more plus bagels. Theres a choice of chips, a baguette bread or an apple with meal too. Eat there or get to go. Promise of antibiotic free chicken. This company is very community conscious in their commitment to the community. Baked goods are donated and are picked up nightly for distribution to local food pantries. Not many restaurants make such a commitment, and I applaud them for it. With-fi available. Prices are very reasonable.

If you havent been to a Panera, you are missing out! Great healthy, alternative to fast food. Im not much of a deli sandwich person, which is what most of their sandwiches. But, they have flatbread sandwiches which are delicious and they have great salads. I personally love going to Panera for a quick breakfast - specifically the breakfast souffles! These are a must. Plus, they have the best chai Ive ever had! Rich and creamy.

Someone stole my soufflé! Or something like that. Either way, the staff rectified the situation quickly, and even sent me on my way with more than I ordered. Im sure food theft is exceedingly rare, but in my unusual case, I was taken care of (and I wasnt throwing a fit either). That and the food I did eat was good. It didnt blow my mind, but for the price, speed and customer service, Id say they were spot on.

I did the rapid pick up and not only was my order not there when I arrived but when I got back to work and opened my salad half the lettuce was rotten, I called the store and the managers response was "huh thats weird sorry about that" good thing there are lots of other options for quick pick up lunches downtown.

The food was ok but apparently everyone in the store this evening is new. New employees a make mistakes and that is not their fault, it is management. Managers be nice to your employees and dont leave them out their to sink. Maybe that is a clue to your retention problem.

I came to Panera because of the advertised WiFi. I was able to connect, but it was incredibly slow. There was only one other person with a device open, so that wasnt the issue. The manager apologized but did nothing more about the problem.

Twice now go in at 9am and no bagels and told over an hour wait. Plus terrible service. Line to the door with one employee working the register while 5 other employees plus the manager make no effort to open another register to help people.

Usually give a 5-star, but today store not busy and they forgot to make my drink. When they did make it, after I had to go ask for it when my meal was ready, no apology nor offer to accommodate my charges. Poor service! No excuses.

Food is only redeeming part of this Panera because the service painfully slow and disorganized. The registers are laid out in a way that you never know where to stand to order and it allows people to constantly line jump.
