I really like the food but I tried to order take out numerous times before their closing time and denied food service. Kinda irritating they close at 8 and even hesitate to take an order at 745. Ive worked in the restaurant business as a cook and a server for over a decade and if they expect to succeed they need to be more accommodating to paying customers. If they say theyre open til 8 you take fuckn orders til 8. Not go by the time when the food is finished cooking. Never been disappointed by the food but if they serve dinner they should really stay open til at least 9 or at minimum take orders up until 8 when they say theyre open til. Not knocking the food but at least 5 times theyve refused my order because it was getting close to closing time

We had the unfortunate experience of ordering a 20 inch supreme pizza for takeout last Saturday. After being told it would take 30 minutes and arriving 5 minutes early the pizza was already waiting on the counter. Not only was the pizza undercooked it had a very unusual flavor and we were only able to eat a small portion of the pizza. We ended up freezing the remainder in hopes that when we reheat it it will at least have the flavor of a frozen pizza. Needless to say we will not be returning to Watershed in the future.

Walk in at 1120 and at 1215 I still didnt have food . I had to get my money back and leave with no lunch in order to make a meeting. In the last 2 years I have taken teams of 6 or more there for lunch a dozen times. I will plan otherwise in the future. Added; it was after noon before I was notified there was a big order, 30 minutes after my order was placed, there was one table with 3 people seated in house. I waited until there was no time for me to get my food before I had to leave to make a commitment.

Fantastic place! I admit I havent been there in a few months, but the Food is SO very good! Its a very "diner" experience. Not clean, not neat, but some of the best Pizza for miles around. Burgers are simply amazing. I had a Mushroom and Swiss w/bacon and they just PILED everything on there. Mushrooms? Those were full sized, almost as thick as the burger slices of portobello goodness! Simply incredible. Go. Eat. Youll love it.

The Za is easily one of the best, if not, the best in Dubuque. Crust is amazing, toppings are thick and fresh, and cheese is plentiful. The interior had a recent face lift so its a nice stop to dine in as well. Staff is on top of it. Friday night staple at our domain. Dont miss out. Get wrecked. Peace.

I was just at the Watershed cafe and ordered a Philly Steak and Fries and I was disappointed to see the serving of meat has been cut in half. That is a shame.
