For this location, its overcrowded and unfortunately theres some people who dont like to clean up after themselves fully. As a customer I dont expect to be treated like a queen and Im always respectful to the workers, always! But theres one women who works there whos been consistently rude. She white and older (60s). My problem with her is that she treats you like youre stupid if you take longer than 30 seconds to order. If you get a cookie with your order its at a discounted price but if you order it separately after youve eaten your meal its over $2 which is honestly too high for a single cookie; my mother wanted the cookie at a discounted price since we had already spent $20 on our meals. This made the rude woman look at my mother like she was a complete b****. Its honestly unacceptable to treat anyone that way. As for the food at this location, I ordered a turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich with mustard and mayonnaise on wheat bread. They got the order wrong by also putting on lettuce and tomatos; it was no big deal, though, as I just took it off myself. But the quality of the turkey was horrible. Im actually a vegetarian now and that was a cheat day, but it had reminded me as to why I stopped eating meat in the first place. The turkey tasted old and disgusting. I looked at the meat before I ate it, as I always do, and it looked fine so I was not expecting this. At a different Panera in Lake Saint Louis, near Ronald Reagan Blvd, the last time I ate there, on one sandwiches the turkey looked absolutely inedible with lots of dark brown lines. Id like to see Panera order better meats. Once at this location I ordered chicken on my sandwich and it was nearly raw. As for Panera in general I feel they work very hard to give you a great meal with great ingredients, and I appreciate it. But Panera is definitely overpriced. As a child I went there on a regular basis with my family but I am no longer able to do that as their prices have risen drastically. St. Louis is Paneras birthplace, so I expect more from it. I feel theyre arrogant to show these prices. Please improve because Panera was one of my favorite places to eat.

I ordered a coffee and egg white avocado sandwich. After paying I go to the coffee area for them just to have hot water. I inform the staff and then they start brewing more. My buzzer goes off for my sandwich pickup. I head over pick it up and go to my chair and make sure they made it right. NO avocado! Seriously??

Would be nice if the souffles were available all day...atleast until about 2pm. Theyd be a great option for Brunch/lunch hours, not just the morning! They are so good, Ive got to search for some recipes. (if you dont have them available later than 10am....Ill just have to make my own, lol)! Deliciouso!

Panera can be kind of hit or miss really depending on who makes your food. Overall though I have a good experience most times I come here. The food is generally good and the employees are friendly enough. their parking lot is pretty tight and congested.

I love the fresh clean choices this restaurant provides. However, this particular location is usually packed and it is hard to find a parking spot. When I visit this location, I usually have to park around back or across the street at the mall.

Just like other Bread Co locations the staff is friendly and helpful. The tables are cleaned soon after guest leave to make room for the next. Decor is up to date and nothing seems in disrepair.
