Corbin - The name of the girl who today decided she would verbally degrade customers who "Couldnt even read!" because I accidentally ordered an Iced Campfire Mocha instead of the blended one I actually wanted. I was very relaxed in asking them to blend it and even offered to drive around the block and come back through the drive through line since I had plenty of time to spare. The window barista was VERY KIND and should be commended for apoligizing for her disrespectful coworkers. The Corbin girl (in the backgorund where I could see her and hear her) and her male coworker who had taken my order said "She said iced! God, these people cant even read!" where I could SEE and HEAR them berating me. Good job folks. I hope your manager is reading this. You may not think these things will affect you in life but poor decisions like this with regards to customer service are damaging to you and to the business that pays you.

Friendly staff most of the time. Great location, service is relatively quick. I come here often because its close to home and when the coffee is good and its the right order its great! Lately, it seems their coffee is burnt or completely the wrong order. I ordered a campfire mocha today and received something with mint in it. I didnt have time to go back and request a new one nor did I feel like being "that customer" to gripe. However, its been a more frequent thing that I figured Id just post a review. Hopefully this is just a phase with their baristas doing so poorly.

I continually have issues at this store with orders being wrong and then get customer service people who are belligerent because I ask first that the order be made right and second that if I over paid, I am refunded. Today, Im no longer taking the mistakes in stride as I have in the past. The guy(order fulfiller not order taker) today got upset and just walked away muttering. We all make mistakes and the order taker did. But then the two of them proceeded to talk about me in front of another customer who happened to be meeting me for coffee. Not cool.

I really do love their coffee but lets admit it. The place is packed. I just came in today to get a coffee and to come in to the place because Im hard of hearing. The drive thru went clear out into Ingersoll and there were cars EVERYWHERE! Couldnt get in, couldnt get out. Wouldnt be surprised if a car accident happened there. You really need to invest in a bigger space! Yes Ingersoll is a great location for a coffee shop but safety first for all your guests! Please think about expanding into a bigger space!

Never had a messed up cup at Caribou. Ever. Thats more than I can say for Starbucks. Always fresh and tasty. The place is always filled to capacity and theres a good reason considering its been open for something like a decade. They make all their mochas and hot cocoas with real chocolate, not syrup or powders! And Im pretty sure that they actually train their Baristas to know what they are doing. Unlike some other places that teach them how to push a button.

Use to come here almost every weekend it was cool atmosphere good coffee and tea but the service scorched it for my weekend loyalty so I slid on out in hopes of finding a more suitable establishment until someone with similar values trashes it that is all it takes for me because there is lots of competition out there and service is number one

Every single time I go, I always get asked for my rewards #. I really appreciate that because sometimes I dont know that I have a reward waiting to be used. Service is always incredibly friendly and thorough. Additionally, I always think that my wait time is reasonable for the time of day that I go. Definitely my favorite coffee place.

No working Internet every time Im there. So frustrating when you go there to work. Its too cold there in the summertime also. People are nice, but you should get a refund for your coffee if you only bought it to have Internet access and you dont get that. Im off to buy a coffee somewhere else with Internet access.

Good location, right next to dmu. Ordered a frozen turtle mocha with dark chocolate. Favorite drink here. Poor cell reception on project fi, but free Wi-Fi makes up for it. Fast service, almost no line at 3 pm Friday. Plenty of seating space and outlets available. Overall a clean place for coffee and loitering.

After searching for a cup of coffee and finding just about every establishment closed or closing (@ 6:00 pm on a Friday night) I came across Caribou Coffee. They close at 10:30. Yes! Very good customer service. Quick. Excellent service. Fast! Prices are comparable. Will visit again.

I only had an error in the drive-thru once here, and ever since the server who made the error has remembered me and greets me like a VIP. I love their coffee more than any other franchise coffee joint and now I love their service even more.

This is a great meeting place and a great place to get things done. Theres a really nice conference room thats popular with Des Moines University students and Drake University students. Excellent location with plenty of parking.

Wonderful place to talk with friends, by the window or the fire, great ambience. Plenty of drinks and snacks, ranging from super sweet and chocolaty, to a nice mango black ice tea, unsweetened. Glad I finally went today.

This Caribou is a great location in the metro. My only gripe here is the Internet speeds. Seems like its always a bit slow. This coffee shop does have a nice ambiance however. The people here are always nice to deal with.
