Service was ok for the size of our group. Food was ok, but the owner was very rude. My wife asked if she could order a hot beef sandwich to split with her grandma. She was told that would be fine. Then she asked for a different gravy if it wasnt a hastle. She was told it was fine. Waitress brought bill and was charged for to halves, my wife tried to get it fixed, waitress said that is how she was told to ring it up. Owner came out and refused to fix bill. My wife went to pay the bill and was talking to waitress telling her she liked the service but not the way she was talked to by owner. Then the owner came up and started to chew out my wife for speaking to the server so rudely when in fact that wasnt the case. Told her I dont care if you come back. Not how you do business.

Overpriced, smallish portions, served slowly. I tried this place twice for breakfast, and they never asked how my food was. My eggs were never coooed correctly, and i got hash-whites instead of hash browns. The coffee was great the second time, but tasted burnt the first time. I wont be back.

Ive eaten there a couple of dozen times over the last few years. May not be perfect, but its a very good value for the dollar. Folks are nice and helpful, family owned non-chain restaurant.
