For the past few years all my family and i have been going to Q bar b que because you guys are the best ! After the experience I had last night I will never go back ! Most of my family members has a rare allergie, were allergic to pork. We ALWAYS order the Q papa platter and subtitute the pork products for another meat. I called in to place my order as i normally would. I spoke with a manager named Brittany. I informed her of my situation and then she became extremely rude and unprofessional when she told me that she couldnt subtitute the pork products for another meat because , in her words, it would mess up the inventory. She then made me feel ashamed for being allergic to pork and suggested that i choose another resturant to eat at. I was highly upset and very disappointed with the horrible customer service i recieved. I hope someone can help make this rite because as of now Q Bar B Que has lost a huge chunk of its fan base.

The order taker seemed confused. I had to repeat myself. He said the order would be ready in under 20 minutes. After 12 minutes I went to the pickup window and the bag with my order was sitting there. I asked the guy next to it if it was for Keith and he looked surprised and said yes and then handed it to me. Not what I hoped for. Btw, thete were few customers so its not like they were busy.

Servers are very friendly & nice. Even swapped out some side items that I didnt like but overall their food is mediocre @ best. The pulled pork was dry & flavorless, the brisket burnt ends taste like they had been sitting under a hot lamp for days & the mac-n-chz is absolutely terrible. Their spicy brussels are good & the memphis wings are ok. If u want good bbq I suggest u go elsewhere.

Q is by far the best BBQ restaurant in Northwest Indiana. Not only is the food and atmosphere great but the employees are very attentive. You may find other restaurants with good food, but wont find them with exceptional employees. Lexi and the crew are truly phenomenal.

Some of the best BBQ in the area with sides to compliment. The brisket taco (limited time only) is the best taco Ive ever had! The ambiance is nice and they even have a sink where you can wash your hands without having to hit the bathroom.

Good BBQ and smoked foods. A little on the pricey side as burnt ends and ribs are upcharged compared to the other meats. A 2 meat plate + 2 sides and a drink will easily set you back around $25. Good for dinner but not a cheap lunch.

The service and food was good. The Mrs and I dinned in and had the Papa Q Platter. The wings were my favorite. The whole platter was awesome. The Texas Spicy was my favorite sauce, then thw N.Carolina Vinegar. We will be coming back.

I was excited about going here....... I made the mistake of getting my food to go and I was so so Disappointed my food was cold and only had a dab of BBQ sauce on my pulled chicken I was very dissatisfied with my meal.

The ribs are great. They were meaty and seasoned very well. The baked beans was delicious and the fries tasted home made. I have made Q-BBQ the place for me and my family to go for ribs.

The sliced turkey is so good. Very juicy and succulent. The burnt end brisket is also very good. The southern sweet tea is very, very sweet.
