This rating is from my lastest visit. As a regular customer I am completely stunned by the negative experience here. Lets just say no love for this yogurt in love today! Did not provide the normal welcoming Plainfield customers are accustom to. Today they charged by cup and not weight like they always do- which is odd. I have always paid by weight. None of the employees seemed to care when I pointed that out- even the manager and two of the frozen yogurt machines are inoperable.

I had the best experience at Yogurt In Love! Great customer service, excellent froyo flavor selections, very clean & fun atmosphere. I also had to try their signature blend coffee, H2Joe. If youre looking for a good froyo/coffee shop, this is the place for you!
