Went in tonight first time in a long time. The kitchen staff had no gloves on, no hair nets, and didnt seem to care. There was one server doing everything and I mean EVERYTHING and she handled it well enough. She almost walked out I heard her tell the manger she was done because nobody wanted to work. The manager seemed flustered and he took care of a couple whos order was slow but not once came by my table when I had a 25 minutes personal pan pizza. It was still on my bill and the food was greasy. I feel for that server I hope she can get recognition for her actions.

We went on a Thursday night and with not many customers every thing was quick and pizza was good & hot. Mandy our waitress was very nice and even did a great up sale on our decision to get either the Hersheys cookie or Hersheys brownie to take home for later. She suggested both and thats what we did to settle our delima. Great job Mandy! Best of all the manager was making sure everything was clean and sanitized as we sat and ate.

Seems like owning a Pizza Hut franchise in Dothan is an "adequate reward for minimum effort" proposition - none offer delivery and none ever will unless someday it becomes a minimum franchise requirement. Likewise, customer service and product quality are minimal and one has to wonder about cleanliness, hiring/firing practices and any other corners that might be cut.

Came in to dine with our daughter and no one came to greet us. There was only one waitress doing everything. Kitchen staff was really rough looking. No one wore gloves, hair nets or in proper uniform. Delivery person was wearing a plaid shirt. Not very good dining experience.

We had read the other reviews and almost didnt come here. Were glad we came. Lunch buffet was very good. Various pizzas were hot, ready and good. Service was good and we didnt even have to ask for tea refills. Seems some reviewers have prejudice/ issues.

Service was slow one pizza took 40 minutes. Our server was rude. She also went out for a 30 minute "smoke break." And didnt let us know. Nor did she tell us that our to go pizza was ready or give us our ticket so we could leave.

Horrible place, racist and ignorant. They delay your order because of your skin color and after waiting more than one hour they say we didnt make your pizza , we will give you your money back!!! Will never go there again !!!
