Poor customer service. Sorry for not giving all the details, but it would be two pages Id have to type on my phone. Ill sum it up quickly, I travel 4-5 days a week in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. My job entails B2B and I train in the customer experience. Ive been to almost all the locations and this one is the worst. Snotty attitude and undercooked meat (and argued with me when I said politely that maybe they should throw the chicken back on the grill since there isnt supposed to be pink in chicken). Then the next guy couldnt wrap my burrito right and smeared half the items on the counter (he didnt place it on the aluminum foil first to wrap it) and just wiped it off the counter with his hand. When I asked if there is a manager I could speak to, he said, "I dunno where he is". I mean come on this is a small building! This isnt all that happened, but its enough to give you and idea. I will not be back to this location.

Worst service ever. 1. There was a line almost out the door and it took forever for everyone to get their food because the guy behind the counter was dancing and carrying on personal conversations with the girl working next to him. 2. When I asked for lettuce the girl looked down at the empty bin and said "I dont know if we have any more" and then started packing up my food; I had to ask her to please go check (she did and brought out another bin.) 3. No ice in the ice maker, I asked them to fill it and as I went to get ice for my drink the guy from behind the counter cut in front of me to fill his drink. And 4., the worst- noticed as I was waiting for ice- the woman in the back preparing the chicken wasnt wearing a hair net and her long hair was LITERALLY dangling in the mixing bowl.

Listen it is nerve racking opening a new store. Gotta give them time to weed out the bad and keep the good. They have only been open for 3 weeks. Not to mention if they dont have prior experience then its going to be bad. As far as lines its a given for chipotle especially since it is so new and everyone wants it. Give it a bit and it will be better. I will be working at the panera bread next door when it opens. Im sure that it will take time to get service straight there.

Service was bad, think the young man was new. They had a delay on my wifes steak -- said 3 minutes. They did comp her bowl. About 7 minutes later they called us over. They gave us the bowl. One bite into the steak and it was cold. It was totally not done still, despite cooking double the time they stated. My wife then lost her appetite and we left. Also, why only one high chair? We had it but another couple need one too! We have it to them as soon as we were done.

Ive now been to this Chipotle twice since it opened a few weeks ago, got carnitas the first time and barbacoa the second. Both times the meat was not even that warm, let alone hot, and was more fat than meat. The most recent time I went (yesterday) Im almost confident I got food poisoning considering my stomach is still in knots. I love chipotle as much as the next person but not when it is cold and probably bacteria ridden.

Quick easy service at7:30pm on a Tuesday. Outdoor seating, is available. Which is great if youre out with your dog. For the this area, I was surprised by how small the dining area was.
