The store is immaculately clean and the staff are quite personable (aside from the strange local affectation of saying "carmel" in lieu of caramel). That being said the prices are some of the worst Ive seen in a chain and the coffee was unbearably bitter. On top of that, sugar free options are VERY limited. I wanted to order a chai latte and was informed it had sugar in it. I was stymied until the barista informed me its not real chai- its a syrup. Pretty much everything there is a syrup. Even the whipped cream has sugar in it. (By way of explanation, our family eat paleo/keto.) It is what it is: another mass market chain of overpriced drinks and sugary refined baked goods.

Store is clean with friendly service.Especially busy after 4 pm., however, staff keeps line moving right along! Have had their Iced Decaf Latte with milk and splenda. also with whipped cream at least 2-3 times. They were so bitter I really didnt enjoy them. In all fairness the rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed theirs! They do enjoy s-t-r-o-n-g coffee @ home on a daily basis though.

Owner was extremely rude! Will never go back! this review had been up for awhile before I realized it was indeed the owner NOT the manager who was a complete jerk during my last visit! I was a regular customer spent at the very least 15 dollars a day at his store and he was very disrespectful! you just dont treat repeat customers that way if you want your business to succeed

It the best place and I chose this over Starbucks! Even my husband and kids love this place along with my husbands two brothers. Staffs know our name and take the time to get to know us and tell us about their day! My husband and I go there after work almost everyday and they make sure we leave happy. Been recommending this place to everybody at our job!

Good stuff but on here it says they close at 9:00pm which is not true. They close at 8:00. I called to let them know on google it says 9:00, they didnt care and was very rude!
