I used to go here all the time but now they have all new employees and the last 3 times I have gotten coffee it hasnt tasted right. I always get the same thing but now it seems like they put in whatever flavor they want and I never know what Im going to end up with and it has been tasting old and burnt. I wont be going back.

Service was kinda slow. Great quality of food and beverage. There was some lady, who i could only assume was an employee off the clock standing in the area where u pick up your drink talking to all the employees. I think that was slowing down production

Coffee was good, better than starbucks. However, Ive been in here 3 separate times with different people and the credit card machine has had an issue reading each card, each time. It just made me laugh.

It is what is. Highlight is that you can mix your own coffee beans, buy them and grind them at home. The Michigan Cherry is delicious, but should be blended with another darker roast.

Great coffee, it is not just coffee it is more like a desert shared with friends and family. The coldwater store is managed and staff by a sweet bunch of emplyees!!!
