Ive been coming to this Mexican restaurant for years now. I live in California but visit family locally, El Jefe is a must stop every time Im in town. Id show up just for the chips and salsa, they always taste amazing. Getting any of the chicken dishes is a safe bet for an awesome meal, and the staff are always respectful.

Weve been to El Jefes several times. Our family ask for this place every time they visit. So I have had most of the food on the menu and I havent had a bad meal from them. About every time we visit the center table is full of people in the Army. We have always received good service.

This place is really good if you get the right stuff. The fajita-style chicken quesadilla is amazing, and so is the taco salad. You have to get the grilled chicken or steak though. The regular beef/chicken isnt as good.

Ive always loved El jefe. I have eaten here since I was a kid. They are always so clean and polite. The only thing is they have began to make there plates smaller and more expensive, but their food is so delicious.

Awesome flour tortillas, good service. My buddy had the huevos rancheros, which he said had over-cooked eggs. I had the steak/shrimp/chicken fajitas, which were excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Great place! Whenever im in Edinburgh I always eat here. Great prices, huge portions, friendly staff. Salsa is a little bit spicier than the average Mexican restaurant . Definitely recommend this one!
