Nasty!!! For those that gave this place more then a star rating must have been drunk and or Blind or Both... This was Yesterday 7/13/17 approx 4:30pm it was hot as only GA can get. We stopped for some A.C. , Food and Cold Drinks. 1. HOT- only fans were on , if an A/C was on it was not in the dining area. 2. SLOW- Only 10 Customers inside, however we waited 10 minutes before someone approached us. 3. Dirty- The. seat or old sticky and dirty. The Carpet looks like it came from an outside dining not inside. May want to invest in a Vacuum . 4. Flys every where, More so then the Staff. Once then Brought us Chips and their store bought salsa we knew we couldnt do it. Dont get me wrong I love Mexican food and sometimes the best foods come from hole in the wall Restaurants or food trucks. But come on this was embarrassing. Ironically we were the only Latin Customers inside and we the only ones smart enough not to eat there. So yea if u want authentic food, maybe this will remind u of an alley resesturant in Tijuana and if your into that. Enjoy this is the place for you...

Went May 1, 2017 and the place was absolutely FILTHY! The carpet was covered in food and the waiters werent even trying to clean it up. Also the Queso dip I ordered had hair in the bowl and the Nachos I ordered for my lady had nothing but big bell peppers in it. RIP OFF! This is where it gets surreal. I ask for a manager and my server says the manger isnt here. Then some guy comes up to our table pretending to be the manager and says to me, "For future reference, Next time if you see the floor is dirty, Dont Come!" I was about 2 seconds from catching a battery case in there. I told the cloned manager that if the health inspector was here right now the would be SHUT DOWN! The manager actually sat there and tried to argue with me about my food. Worst service ever. Random strands of hair in the food, No chips in the Nachos just all bell peppers, dirty servers, And a manager who needs to be fired, or knocked TF out. DO NOT GO HERE. If you do Proceed at your own Caution. This place is Magnificently TRIFLING!

The customer service here sucks!! Which is unfortunate cuz the food is BOMB! Which is why they have 2 stars instead of 1. I almost wish we didnt have to talk to anyone here to order. I asked for extra salsa for my to-go order, the bartender said its .54 cent more....ok fine. I made a comment a about how they only give you one salsa for an entire meal and he tells me that hes just an employee not the owner. So when I asked to speak to the owner to voice my opinion he told me hes not here and to get out and leave the store because its too early "for all of that". It took me about 5 minutes to get the salsa that I was going to pay for and I had to get it from another employee after he gave them permission to do so. If you can deal with inattentive waitresses, impatient and unfriendly bartenders....then it might just be worth it!

I jus moved to Lithonia looking for great Mexican food. Someone reccommended them, the food was ok but the service was horrible the person that took my order was a manager/bartender. His attitude left a lot to b desired, i ordered chicken and he was so caught up n conversation trying to get a customers phone # for a date, he ended up putting in beef, which i no i didnt order bcuz i dnt eat it. He proceeded to argue me down that i ordered beef when the lady he was talking to interrupted him and said i heard her order chicken. Do u think this buster apologized? Of course not he brushed it off by laughing and saying its jus food i dnt need to b tht serious. WTF. The sas thing is the whole grilled chicken breast is 1 of the best items on the menu. Needless to say watch out for the waiter/manager/bartender. Let sum1 else serve u

I had the same experince. My family and I used to frequent this restaurant for years and never had a problem until this year. My daughter and I went for lunch, stood at the door waiting to be seated for an unreasonable length of time, we finally got tired of waiting and sat ourselves. A waitress finally came to take our orders. When we received the check, we were charged servicing for three guest and an automatic gratuity that was alot more than what they deserved. I complained to the waitress who also blew it off by saying the three person servicing charge was an error on all receipts. I then asked to speak to the manager; who argued with me and had the worst customer service I have ever came across. I told my family I will never step foot in that establishment again.

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR RECIPT!!!!! The food is good, but watch your recipt closely. I was charged a service fee for two people. I looked at the recipt closer and found that the waitress had put that she was servicing three guests instead of two. I assume this was done so that she could get her service fee. I addressed this with the waitress and she blew it off. Also I was double charged for the drinks!!!!! The food is good, but the service sucked this time. I have been going here for years and this is the first time this happened. I have no problem tipping and I usually tip well, but I cannot deal with being taken advantage of. If you go, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECIPT to make sure you are not being ripped off!!!!!!

Service has gone down. I went to pick up an order they told me would be ready in 15 minutes. I came to pick it up after 30 minutes and it wasnt ready. I asked the cashier to check for me...he got an attitude and proceeded to help the next person. I walked out after that since there was no apology for poor service. I went in on another occasion and received poor service from the waiter. He brought the check without asking if we needed anything else and also had the audacity to add a $3.00 tip on my bill!

My family and I used to come here almost every week. At first the customer service was excellent, then it became very poor of service..yes the food and drinks are good, but very poor customer service. Bottom line they need to fire the staff, the waitresses have attitudes and very lazy..this place have potential, but the employees are giving it a bad name..we will never go back..dt waste your time..

Save your money. Dont go here the management. Is racist. If you are not. Mexico he is rude. They will over charge you on your bill. Found. A sharp. Chicken. Bone in my food almost. Ordered lunch online, food was pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant. Called a few times first asking for a menu and if they had a website where I could order from and was told I would have to come in. After googling I found that they had an online ordering option and I could even pay online. They need to be more aware of their to go options but other than that it was fine.
