Always check your order in the drive-thru. It has been messed up 3/3 times I have stopped there. This time every single item in my order was wrong. Ordered 2 chicken XXL burritos and 2 unsweet teas, was told they were out of unsweet tea and offered raspberry tea instead, ok no big deal, received the food/receipt, receipt matched order of the chicken and rasp. Teas. looked in bag and it looked right the 2 XXL burritos, soft tacos and the 2 drinks. Got home to my wife and both burritos had beef instead of chicken (we charged for the chicken) as well as both drinks being some type of mango juice instead of tea. Food always tastes great but their order accuracy is terrible.

Consistently a line at the drive-thru. Not sure why this team has so much trouble keeping people moving. The food is consistent for Taco Bell, which is okay. But Ive been stuck for more than a half hour in a drive-thru made for seven cars here before. On this occasion, management put a new employee in drive thru and the poor young lady had no idea what to do. She was so flustered. The kitchen even hung her out to dry being slow. Drive thru was 20 minutes for 4 cars. Not the best.

Every single time I go here there is food missing or they got our order wrong. Once or twice with this happening would be one thing but every time?? Ridiculous! The only time I am confident that our order will be correct and everything will be there is when a young man named Grayson is working. Seems to be the only one that cares about his job.

Very slow everytime we go there at least a 10 min wait, most of the time they get the order wrong, always check, tonight, they was out of mild sauce, coke, 2 slushy flavors, flat breads an a few other things omg wow had one person. In front of us and it was a 20 min wait we about pulled off . the lady at the window was very nice .

For starters, the staff sometimes dont use gloves. Its kind of disgusting. Next, the wait times are extremely bad. Its like waiting in the drive through at Long John Silvers kind of bad. Even with all that being bad, the food is still good-- even if youre at risk for a stomach-related illness.

we were missing food and the we had a fairly large order and the manager had asked if all the food was ours so we said yes and then he asked us if we were hungry and started laughing. the service was also very slow. everytime we seem to go they usually forget 4-5 items that we have ordered

People at the drive through are always nice but god dang this taco bell is the slowest one on the entire planet. On top of that they always mess up my order. The last time I had to get ignorant with the manager after they messed up the same order twice, then tried to blame it on me.

Just went through drive through and my Mexican pizza was just thrown in the box and the shell was so soft and some of it didnt even have a shell. And wasnt given a fork. My husband got 2 beef chalupas and might as well say it was a salad on a shell. Very disappointed with taco bell!

Slow service!!!! Every time we come, there is at least a 20-30 minute wait from when we pull in the drive through until we get our food. Better luck going to a sit down restaurant.

I haaaate comi g to this taco bell at night. Any time after like 8 their service is slow. If you get there around 10 their drive thru takes at least 20 minutes or more!!
