My cousin and I arrived there an hour and a half before their posted closing time. There were barely any entrees in the buffet bar although there were tons of desserts. The entrees were cold and dried out. There was raw meat uncovered and sitting out. We asked for a refund and the cashier had to go ask a guy presumably the manager/owner. At first he refused because we had already plated food. And when we said that we didnt eat it because upon tasting and realizing it was cold he said since we tasted it he would only allow a partial refund because we ate a bite off the plate and that prevented them from being able to return the food to the buffet bar. Even if it wasnt touched thats disgusting to put food someone else already plated back for someone else to get. Refusing to accept a partial refund where i have to pay for food i couldnt and didnt eat he finally agreed to return money for the food if he could keep money for our drinks (which we didnt get to drink). We definitely wont go back to this restaurant nor recommend it to anyone else.

Came with the family one time. The fortune cookie bag didnt pop, the cookie was stale; I grabbed a cup for soup that had dark yellow food stains. The food was cold, and the staff never asked for a refill. I drank my water the first 10 minutes being there, and not once was asked if I would like some more. The hibachi food smelled really bad, and as an avid Mongolian grill and hibachi buffet lover I was appalled at the lack of customer service and care taken to provide great smelling, tasty food and a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. There were no mints, no ice cream, the wasabi was watery, there were no chop sticks, and cheese puffs are NOT a chinese buffet option and neither are Aldis brand tortilla chips !! If I could put 0-stars I would, big waste of money.

Food quality bad Service one star Dirty dirty dirty! Shrimp were not hot shrimp or not cold The white rice was crunchy The lettuce swims in water literally The cheese puffs on the buffet may have been the most appetizing The cashier when he took our money didnt dare ask us so how was everything tonight in fact he wouldnt even look up just took our money and sat down and went back to his phone. I would give this restaurant -1 star if Google would let me. FYI this is the very first restaurant I have ever given a bad review.

Trying to keep it short...food quality has just gone down to the bottom. They keep taking food away. They actually have a huge bin full of Cheetos and one full of chips (are you kidding me). The wasabi was pulled out of the fridge after asking for it (it was not covered and tasted days old). The buffets were half empty. The price has even gone up. I hear this all occurred after new ownership. I dont see this place being around much longer. Bottom line is...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

this place used to be very good, but has gotten horrible in the last few times i have gotten there. The food was cold by the time i got back to my seat, we were lucky to have our drinks refilled even once. Also the food tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. I will not be going back anytime soon, and if i do go back, the place will have needed to change significantly.

I probably came late for lunch as it was 5pm but clearly it must have been amazing at that time. Staff was friendly as I entered and left and although no drink refill was offered, I assumed they were a family of ninja due to my plate disappearing when I went to get pudding. Oh by the way the pudding was good so I give them another half star!

Quality and selection of food has gone down to almost nothing. No more ice cream for the kids dessert, chicken is your ONLY choice of meat on the grill, and our rice and noodles were barely warm. Good luck trying to find a staff member to help you. I used to love eating here, but sadly I will not be returning.

I eat there quite a bit on days Im off around 1pm and you would think the food would be at the very most warm. But the food is ALWAYS COLD not even warm. I like my food HOT temperature wise. I dont know why I still eat there but I do. Does anyone else have this problem? I mean truly the food is never even warm

This place has went downhill over the last 2 years. It used to be one of my favorites. Now the food selection is poor and not very warm. Last night they had no heat ,yet didnt warn customers ,nor apologize. I would at least have offered a 10% discount to customers. I will not be going back

I went there today for lunch and the buffet cost only 5.99, not including drink. Food selection, Mongolian BBQ and Sushi is superb for the restaurant. Waitresses there are nice/friendly so if you want good chinese restaurant with all the amenities, go there. You wont be disappointed.

The staff were rude and didnt offer good service. The staff had their children running about the restaurant causing chaos. The food quality wasnt that great. The lighting made the restaurant appear gloomy and depressing. Did not have a good experience and do not wish to re attend.

Very poor quality food, unless you like shrimp (says my husband--I dont like shrimp). We both left this place feeling so gross inside. They dont refill your water. They do have a better selection than the other Chinese Buffet in town, but we wont be going back.

Food quality is poor at best.. Food is NEVER hot, I should have known by the lack of cars out front on a Friday night at dinner time that I had made a bad choice.. Better off at the gas station cooler for a chicken salad sandwich.. Never again.

Wide selections, hot dishes, decent priced. Lunch included steamed salmon, grill whole shrimps, salad bar, Mongolia grill, etc. Not as salty as other Chinese places. Great place for a work lunch. Comment from a regular lunch customer.

Being clean gets it to 2 stars. Food is bland and not hot. Our server sat us and we never saw her again until it was time to get our bill. There are too many other Chinese buffets to choose from for you to select this one.

Pleasantly surprised by the quantity of good, fresh food! We showed up on a Sunday at 4 pm, and while a small portion of the food had that stake look, the majority was fresh and very good. Well definitely be back.

Food was old and stale and once it was gone they wouldnt replace it and dishes where dirty. Just sat there and played on their phones. Dont waste youre time and money on this place.
