I first walked in behind a small group. The server said shed be right with me. She seated the group and took the drink orders. So I waited. 2 to 3 minutes later the original hostesses came and escorted me to a table. Now Ive worked in food service before so I understand how the system works butt. Now she waiting on this group, finally got all there orders in. Im still waiting for my beverage. The hostess takes care of that, not my server. Now im waiting to get my order taken, no server in sight. I sat there almost 10 minutes when the hostess approach and takes my order stating my server is pretty busy. At that time I noticed to my right two more tables had been seated and she was waiting on them. After my order I decided to get it to go. Skip to the check. I get the check from my server and she said shed be right back to take care of that. I wait, and 3 or 5 minutes later the hostesses cashes me out. Now I am trying to be optimistic about the situation but circumstances points to one direction. I will refrain from naming but this petite short hair blonde with big hoop ear rings got me wanting to not ever come back there

The food was not cooked well, most of it was cool or instant. Coffee was burnt, mashed potatoes were instant and tasted like soap, hash browns were bland and super crunchy. The burger that was supposed to be no onion had onions on it and was cooked poorly. IHOP used to be a great place to dine but the service sucked and it took a long time to get the food and coffee. I dont plan to visit IHOP for a while if I ever go back. Sandwich was not supposed to have mayonnaise or any sauce and something was on it. Not to mention the toast left an after taste and was completely dry. Waitress and manager were rude. Mopping completely drenched the floor. Waitress sat down to take our order and got a lot of it wrong while making us wait. We were there for over an hour and a half and we didnt even eat half of the food because how awful everything was. The only thing they didnt mess up was the pancakes. But they didnt do much in the way of fixing their mistakes and misdeeds. This dinner made everyone in my party sick in one form or another.

We came into IHop after visiting the Waverly Hills Sanatoriums Haunted House late at night. We had a group of 6. One of our friends had brought several of those velcro monkeys that you can put around your neck or arms. So we all decided to wear one. Upon entering, the manager tells us how cool they are and was really nice to us (without sounding fake or resentful at all...most restaurants I go to late at night lack this kind of enthusiasm and positivity). Our server, Hillary, was just as equally as wonderful. She also complimented us on our velco monkeys, and was overall very polite and pleasant. The overall facility was very clean and tidy, it was definitely one of the nicer IHops I had been to...ever. Our food got to us in a timely fashion and it was delicious. I live too far away from this iHop to go to it on a regular basis, but if I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be going back. Probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a restaurant in a long while. Thank you IHop!

Wish I could give it zero stars as I SIT HERE in this place waiting on my food. Took them 20 min and MY WALKING UP TO THE COUNTER to ask the waitress if she was going to bring me my coffee or not. My food (the first time) came out before I got my coffee and came out wrong, I sent it back now waiting to see if they can get it right. This place is ridiculous thank god I dont live here and was just traveling. I should have read the reviews first I guess. Edited to add: food came back out and egg whites were raw. I asked for the manager told him everything and told him I didnt want any of it. Walked out and now at Dennys. Dont even waste your time here. WORST service and food ever and I travel 15 days a month eating at various restaurants across the country. I feel sorry for the locals here.

The last 4 times Ive gone to this IHOP it has been EXTREMELY dirty! My daughter and I went at a non busy time (there were only 4 other tables being used).. the servers had to clean a table to sit us down and as we sat there we noticed that nearly every table and booth around us was dirty with food and plates from their previous patron on them. There were cups spilled and the floor from the seat to the bathroom was sticky with the odd fork or knife laying about....While the manager was nice and all....it seems he cant keep a clean house.. We have watched this place go from GREAT to.. Nope.. since right before Christmas 2015. Which is sad because when I moved up from Atlanta where the first store was built...I had high hopes. I wont be going back until BIG changes happen.

We came on a Saturday evening with a party of 8. It wasnt busy maybe about 40 people inside including staff. We sat down immediately but had waited a while for the waitress to come. It seems we had to wait for thr waitress to clock in. They are very understaffed. After placing the order and waiting almost 40 minutes there is no food. I ask another waitress who happens to be the manager says your are a large party it takes longer to make your food but your just waiting on the meats. Then the food comes out 20 minutes from then and my kids eggs, pancakes are cold and my omelet is undercooked. I tell the waitress and she has a attitude for what I dont know we were her only table to wait on.

I came to this IHOP location (veterans parkway) twice within the last month at night and after being seated, my boyfriend and I waited to be served for far too long. The first time, a waitress finally came by, asked us if we had been taken care of, and then did so after we told her we had not. The second time, we waited over 10 minutes to be seated and no one ever came to check on us. And FOUR WAITRESSES walked by without a word even though Im sure they could tell we were waiting for service. The food there is always good but lately the service has been POOR! Please step it up, for other peoples sakes if not for our own!

I am a breakfast food junkie, so, of course, any IHOP has a good chance of pleasing me right out of the box. This location is conveniently located for those who like to shop because it is right in the middle of an exploding retail corridor. Its an attractive IHOP as well... good use of stones on the exterior... and an interior with lots of Earth tones. The food and service will not blow you away, but it has always been good any time I have visited. I tend to rate based on the sum of taste, service, and atmosphere (of course, how else would one rate?) and, in the end, I do like this place.
