Food was good as always, but the service not so much. I dont know if it was still the morning bug getting to people but they seemed real confused as to who was supposed to be serving us.. No refills the whole time we were there & was missing 2 sides on 2 different entrees? We were then informed 15 minutes later after our other food was almost gone by then they were out of hashbrowns? We waited 15 minutes to figure out there was no hashbrowns? Not too sure how that works, but nothing can/or will not be perfect ever!!! Take the good woth the good day by day. This will not keep me from going back. Just one bad experience in the many years i have been going here, so i can live with that! :)

My wife and I arrived at 10:30 pm and they promptly sat us down at a table and took our orders. After three cups of coffee, we had not received our order yet (11:20 pm). Then the manager came and asked us what had ordered. She said that she wasnt sure that the waitress had submitted our order. I was beginning to get angry because I imagined it would take another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. We let the premises at around 11:45 pm. And, STILL HUNGRY. We ate elsewhere.

We used to go to ihop quite a bit. The food was always hot, fresh & good with good service but in the last year or so the food & service has went downhill. The last three visits my foods either been cold, tasteless, wrong or all of the above. The last time we were there we had to hunt down our server over & over for refills, food complaints & to pay our bill so we could leave. That will be our last visit to the Anderson ihop.

Im not sure why all the negative reviews on here but I just finished my meal at 8pm. We got here after 730. 30 mins to seat us, take our order, bring the food to the table, and devour it. Food was awesome, service is great, I hardly write reviews but this was a good cheap dinner. If youre looking for a 5 star dinner, IHOP is not it. Seriously people, dont bash a place for no reason. No complaints from this guy!

Worst restaurant ever. Waitress did not bring everything that was ordered. When we finally got our food it was either over or under cooked and was also cold. We did not even eat the food because it tasted disgusting. The waitress was not helpful and if we asked anyone else they were very rude. Would not recommend going to IHOP

The foods was delicious and hot. The waiter was a little slow but everyone was friendly. I would have liked faster service but IHOP is not a fast food place like McDonalds or etc. I really like that I can pick and customize my own breakfast. I really enjoyed the strawberry and cream pancakes with everything.

The only time you can get good service is when the 3rd shift workers are there. Either than that, its poor quality service. Either they take forever to take your order or you hardly see your waiter. You know your management is bad when its a revolving door of new staff members.

The server ( Lynn ) was too busy on her phone and talking to the other servers about her sex life with a number of guys and my kids could hear her. And when asking for a refill for my daughter , she got a real attitude like she thought I should go get it myself.

Server Was Rude. Food Was Brought To Us (2 Adults And 2 Children Ages 6 And 7), No Silverware. My Fiance Had To Go Retrieve It, Drinks Were Never Refilled. Check Was Brought Without Asking If We Wanted Anything Else Then It Took Her 15 Minutes To Cash Us Out.

I waited an hour for our food and then everything was cold. Our waitress ignored us but paid extra attention to her friends, and forgot our to go order. On top of that, there was a dead fly in my coffee. Worst breakfast experience to date.

Service is horrible. Table was dirty. Server wasnt friendly at all. Didnt bring silverware or anything for our coffee which was burnt and nasty. Didnt remember some of our order. At least the food was decent.

Very dirty. They sat me and my wife at a table. Then 10 minutes later cleaned my table saying I didnt see all the syrup on the table. And tries to rush you. Very disrespectful. Very dirty not coming back

Had a wonderful experience my first time there, for a surprise dinner for my great nieces 8th Birthday dinner! Our waitress was amazing! Food was wonderful, price was great and drinks were kept full!

Went in with myself, hubby, and 2 youngest children. Staff was great, food was awesome. The manager (I assume) even pitched in to help because it was a full house during lunch rush. Love this place!
