Upon posting my earlier review, and giving feed back on the site, the Director of Operations contacted me personally and apologized for the experience and assured me they were working to fix it. I appreciate the personal touch they went to contact a patron and tried to correct the experience. I do respect that and appreciate the outreach. ! (changed my reviews to reflect the outreach). They show they listen and care. ___________________________________________________________________ Disappointment. Absentee Management/ownership Oven Broken. Milkshake machine broken. Manager on vacation Usually I love which which, and was taking a family member there for their first time. It was an utter embarrassment. There were sings on every door entrance saying the oven was broken and they cant heat anything up ( from management). Okay fine, i thought i could at least get a delicious milkshake, but i was informed that the milkshake machine was out of commission. ( it apparently is breaking down and leaving bits and pieces of metals inside the drink!... When asked where is the manager.....( i was told he was on vacation) Hes apparantly new, having started just this summer. But as a customer, im not coming back to this establishment. even the floors had a gross sticky feel. I felt bad for the people working there.

This location needs a little TLC and coaching. Waited 45 minutes for a Bowlwich that came on bread???? Proceeded to be patient because I understand that mistakes happen, but the 2nd sandwich was 20 minutes behind the wrong order, then when it was time to eat, neither of them were remotely close to the order (starting with having turkey on them instead of chicken). We heard nothing but excuses from the group behind the counter and they were extremely rude and certainly not customer-oriented.

Which Wich is a great sub location. I would definitely not recommend this place everyday but every once in a while it is a nice treat. They have subs with just about everything you can imagine on them so there will be something for everyone. The prices is what tends to drive me away. You are paying a premium for the premium atmosphere as well as the reusable drink up, etc. I usually spend about $16.00 when I go here so hence, once in awhile.

Little pricey, but excellent sandwiches. Get "the wicked" hot, you wont regret it. If you dont mind paying for good food and friendly service in a clean building, give it a shot!

My favorite sub shop while Im at iupui. Tastes great, shakes are amazing (try oreo with banana) and I have never had a problem with service. Wish it was a bit cheaper though.
