Order with caution. The pictures in the menu are completely deceiving. They told me that they had been here for 15 years so they did not need to put a description about their cashew chicken, but their cashew chicken picture shows white meat chicken. When I got home and opened the package it was breaded chicken with a dark sauce. Im gluten intolerant, so when I order a dish without breading and light sauce Im fine. They refused to admit their picture is deceiving and would not assist me unless I drove back to pick up a new order. I had already paid for the meal and could not eat it. I didnt trust that they would make me a nice new dish either. Waste of money.

I had a very scary experience with the delivery guy, he tried calling me numerous times and I didnt hear my phone so he started to knock on my door loudly I answered and he started to yell at me viciously to the point where it made me nervous and scared usually I always have a good experience with this restaurant. I know it mightve been frustrating that I didnt hear my phone and its a busy night; but to yell at a women like that and basically shoved my order at me is unacceptable. I really like there food but I cannot patronize this restaurant again,

before i called for delivery, I specifically asked the lady that took my order to ask the cook to please drain the grease from the food before delivering it. I felt the cook intentionally added more grease sarcastically as my food had more grease on it then ever before. It took 4 paper towels to absorb most of the grease in ONE eggroll. When I called to ask if the lady that took my order if she informed the cook of my request, she got defensive and eventually told me not to order from them anymore. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Ive gotten sweet and sour chicken and a large white rice from this place for years. While the food is good and hot when I get it. The problem is they ALWAYS mess up my order and I have to go back to get the correct order. I dont think its too hard to understand "large order of sweet and sour chicken and large order of white rice". Either they dont understand English or just dont care about their customers. Have decided to order Chinese food elsewhere cause its just not worth the hassle.

Worst chinese restaurant ive ever dealt with. I called, first the lady hung on me, i call back she puts me on hold for 10min. then i order my food, and an hour goes by still nothing, so i call back turns out she messed up my order, so i get them to fix it, they said gives is 15 more mins. almost another hour goes by so i gave up. ill never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

To the reviewer who said that it took two hours to deliver the food, must have been a fluke. Our food arrived in just under an hour and it was piping hot. General Tsos Chicken was very good. Plus, 4 free crab rangoon if you spend $25 (they gave us 6 and they werent half bad. I dont really expect to see crab rangoon at a chinese restaurant)

If I could give this no stars, I would. This is the worst Chinese food experience Ive ever had, our crab rangoons were BURNT AND EMPTY! The seafood delight and shrimp in lobster sauce were artificial seafood smothered in a clear jelly and vegetables, it looked like something somebody wouldve sneezed out! This place is terrible!

Ive been going to Hong Kong for the last couple of years and I have to say its the to get some of the best Lo main in town! Not to mention that the chicken on a stick is also on fleek! Lunch specials are pretty good and well price. While the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Worst Chinese food experience my husband and I have ever had. The food was delivered to a hotel room with no chopsticks/plasticware, the egg rolls DRIPPED oil when being eaten, and the fortune cookies were stale. I would avoid this place at all cost!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! The buffet just looks plain dirty. The food is terrible, makes you feel sick just looking at it, let alone eating it. The food was sitting a long time. No customers in restaurant (I can see why.) Trust me on this one.

Always awesome food, the people are very friendly great lunch specials! I like to get the orange chicken with fried rice and there huge egg rolls. Or if i need my veggies I get the chicken and broccoli.

They serve you in foam plates and take 10 minutes to serve you even though youre the only one in the store. Dont eat here. If youre getting it as take out thats fine because the food is decent.

After driving for 14 hours decided Chinese food would be great. Brought it back to hotel and the rice was burnt/greasy. Wonton soup was uneatable.
