You really should try this place. The website doesnt quite do it justice. The room is really lovely, and the little mall where it is located has a landscaped courtyard with benches, so the view is lovely, too. Plenty of parking and a convenient location off of the Ogden exit of 294 makes it a great place to meet friends from different areas. But. You should really come for the food. It is fresh, and carefully prepared. The lunch specials are so inexpensive and generous that I wonder they can make a profit. On top of all of that, the service is gracious and attentive. We met there for a little mini family reunion and stayed well past what would have been reasonable (no one was waiting, I promise) and the staff was really wonderful to us. Go!! You will not be disappointed.

The food here tends to be very good but I have gone 4 or 5 times it is not always consistent. For example, the food once was on the cold side and just not great but another time it was some of the best Chinese food Id ever had. It is not as authentic as Chinese food from the Chinatown in Chicago but it is still a pretty good place to go out to. Do not get take-out from here- instead of food being jam-packed into the tiny white cartons, they are barely filled and it is quite expensive. Also, this is a good place for kids 6 and up, any younger and you may embarrass yourself by disturbing other customers.

Wonderful place! We went for the lunch special, it came with a free appetizer and soup, and both were amazing! The vegetable roll was fresh and delicious and the egg drop soup was one of the most delicious things Ive ever had! And the entree! Ive had a lot of beef and broccoli in my day, and this one was one of the best! The broccoli was done perfectly and the beef was soft and tender. There were fresh orange slices for dessert and they were just the bit of fresh sweetness I needed! The service was amazing too, our waiter was prompt, attentive and very kind! Definitely will be back, with my friends!

We were looking for a new chinese restaurant in the area and came upon Hua Ting. We have been to other restaurants in the area and with their high ratings, thought wed give it a try. We ordered the mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and beef fried rice. The sesame chicken which was very red in color is not as flavorful as we were anticipating and most pieces are very tiny. The beef was thin as well. Overall not very good.

Delicious regional Chinese entrees in a cozy, elegant atmosphere, in a quiet outdoor mall easily accessible in the western suburbs, for a price that cant be beat. Had great crab rangoon, sweet and sour chicken, and mongolian beef.

Terrible experience with take out order here. Was told 20 mins and it turned out to be close to an hour. When I questioned staff they responded rudely and their only response was"I didnt tell you 20 minutes". Poor service

Service was great. Really tasty pot stickers perfectly cooked. The tea was so tasty it didnt need sugar and thats rare for me. The garlic prawns were amazing as well. I ate until I hurt and wanted to eat more!
