I came here February 5th at 9:40 AM. The people at this location always manage to get my order wrong in one way or another and when I ask them to fix it they are rarely apologetic acting as if I am a nuisance to them. They rush you through the line even when no one else is there waiting so they can continue complaining about their jobs loudly while you try to sit and relax. At the very least they could be a little quieter in complaining about a job they willingly chose to have or at least turn up the music so we dont have to listen. Just quit if you hate your job that much. Not going to come back. Going to tell everyone not to come here until they get better staff.

Im not a difficult customer but this place needs a new management. I often walk in at 6:30 in the morning as one of the 1st customers of the day and literally find trash and garbage on the floor EVERYWHERE and it pretty much stays that way throughout the day. One day I decided to wipe off the toilet seat in the ladys room and the tissue immediately turned yellow. Half of the staff is friendly. I enjoy the overall atmosphere in the coffee shop but I have to say the place is poorly run. Please do better.

My favorite Expresso Royal in town. Excellent selection of pastries (the chocolate scone is my favorite) and a lot of tables for studying (free wifi, of course) Their drip coffee is good, and it has a lot of caffeine. Their expresso is not the best, but when mixed in milk is ok.

Great drinks, good prices, nice people, but my goodness, the WiFi is the worst. It wont even work. If this werent a college campus I wouldnt really care, but they know that most people come here to study. Kind of ridiculous that its 2015 and they cant get their WiFi to work.

Very nice place to chat with colleagues or just work. Good environment with a cozy-feeling atmosphere, and fast service with good coffee. A little overpriced with the menu, and usually pretty full inside, but a decently large space and a large amount of places to sit.

More variety of sandwiches can be made available. No doubt about cozyness of the place. Speciality coffees are expensive and hot chocolate doesnt taste like chocolate at all. Board games and books are plus for this place, you should try them.out.

Came here to enjoy an inexpensive cup of coffee with a friend. I enjoyed my large coffee for less than $3.00 (take THAT, Starbucks). There was a strange man sleeping upstairs on the couch, but besides him, the coffee and the atmosphere were great.

This is my favourite coffee house on campus. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, lots of varied seating. Also, I recommend their whole beans you can buy by the pound, the Guatemalan one is my personal fave.
