They have some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. They have so many flavors its hard to choose sometimes, but it definitely keeps me coming back to try more! They let you sample flavors to help you decide. Their milkshakes are incredible and you can make them with any flavor of ice cream... But I like to combine the flavors. The staff is always so friendly, even when they are busy and they are bery efficient at getting your order out.

Best Ice Cream Ive ever had and probably ever will. I used to enjoy other places just fine, like Oberweis or Baskin Robins. But now that Ive tried Plush Horse it makes all other place pale in comparison. I mean really. Nothing is good enough anymore unless its Plush Horse. Its actually kind of a problem, but luckily I live close enough that its not inconvenient to travel here vs other places.

I love Plush Horse ice-cream. I tried the bacon ice cream and it was outstanding. The ice cream was so good, I went back the next day which happened to be Memorial day. I was so glad that they were open. I tried the Carmel Sunday with bacon/birthday cake ice-cream, and once again. ...OUTSTANDING. The service is great. ..big thumbs up to Plush Horse Ice Cream. BR...watch your back.

Great ice cream! Some of the best Ive ever had! I went to the other Plush Horse location several years prior, and I remembered it was pretty good ice cream. When I came back to this location, I was shocked at how good it was. I had almost forgotten how great it was. I regret not going back sooner, but I was happy I did go back.

The service was great and surprisingly the ice cream was better than I remembered as well. Not only is there a great variety of ice cream the scoops are enormous! Though the parlor is not much more than other ice cream spots you do get what you pay for. You can even have half scoops if you want too.

Many different flavors to choose, from staff is very friendly. Like most ice cream shops tables need to be wiped off more frequently. There is a cute little area where kids can go color while parents finish their sweet treat. Prices are higher than what Id prefer to pay for ice cream.
