This location has been challenging since I remember. I have been visiting this location on and off for minimum of 5 years. For some reason the vatistas here are not easy to work with, kind of tough "I know it all, I work here". Only one vatista standing here for that many years makes the difference. There is such a mixed of patrons here which is particular to this location and I like that. The location has lots of sun light and I like that also. Enough space to work at or having a chat meeting.

One barista was very helpful. The other had a terse edginess which was slightly unpleasant. Coffee was great. Was disappointed in the lack of certain products (i.e. fresh fruit and a couple of other products that were not in stock.) Apparently were going to be restocked the next day (and I was at the store early today.) I know stuff happens, but I am giving a snap shot verbal picture of my experience

Unlike the other Starbucks in Skokie, there is ample parking just outside and little traffic at all hours of the day. The space is small and intimate, but not cramped. Service is good and staff are friendly. It can be crowded at peak times, but tends to be less so than other Starbucks.

Use to love this Starbucks. After the redesign, I hate coming to this Starbucks. Great staff, lousy environment. Whoever did the redesign should either be fired/have to sit & work at the this SB for a month as their punishment or both. What were they thinking or not?

The coffee is as good as any other Starbucks. If you like the food and coffee products that Starbucks offers then your will like it here. The quality of service at this location is generally good. Ive never had any issues with slow service or incorrect orders.

This particular Starbucks is extremely comfortable. It is more homey than most Starbucks. They have different bands and musical acts performing every weekend. The service is very friendly and its definitely worth a visit.

The staff here was super nice, very efficient, and they really did care about customers. Very pleasant way to start your day if you go for coffee in the morning.

I believe that if they close at 10 they should wait for costumers to leave and not kick them out just because they close at 10. Cashier very rude.

Most of the staff is friendly. The new furniture is awful--oversized chairs mixed in with tea-cup sized tables. Functional but not comfortable
