so, normally when i go to a starbucks my expectations are high. there always seems to be 5 star service. tonight, im disappointed. First time at the berwyn location. i pay for my drink, grande size and take a seat. Im waiting and waiting and waiting, 3 other customers get their drinks before i do. normally i wouldnt mind if i notice they are busy or something , but its 7 pm. not many people here. After i ask why my drink hasnt been made, they apologize for losing my ticket and the barista man decides to compensate by giving me a venti instead of my grande. again, normally that would be fine, but then he overfills it and when i go to take the lid off to put some cinnamon, drink spills my hands get sticky and im not a happy camper. 3 stars for this location.

Ok. I gave this place ONE MORE CHANCE! I went with a friend .. And they messed up the order. I specifically said I do not want my mocha frappe chocolately and to do a half of a pump of mocha. We receive it and its right but they put chocolate fudge on the whip cream?! And give me a new one when I say something about it like 5 seconds later. Wasnt even what I ordered. It was REAlly chocolately. LAST TIME IM GIVING THIS PLACE MY MONEY! . 5$!!?? A DRINK?! AND U CANT EVEN GET AN ORDER RIGHT. N ON TOP OF IT MY FRIENDS PASSION TEA LEMONADE WASNT EVEN RIGHT EITHER! REALLY HEATED WITH THIS PLACE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE IF U HAD PROBLEMS WITH OTHER STARTBUCKS. REALLY MAD!

We buy multiple croissants which arent cheap, and we specifically tell them to warm up the croissants. We get to the window get everything n see they arent warmed. We knock on the window after waiting 5 minutes. N then tell them. They say there ovens are all off! And then say sorry n close the window. Im a regular customer too and Im done with the place. She gave us an attitude and on top of it didnt even give us napkins or our receipt.

Every time I go I get a really nice person, but today, I got someone who was really rude to me when ordering. I asked for a "iced caramel frap," which I know is iced, but she responded "You do not need to say iced, it is implied." To me that was very unprofessional, she could have chose another way to say it. If I am spending money here, then I do not need to be corrected, or spoken to in that manner. Very rude.

I don’t drink coffee but I love their very berry hibiscus refresher and chai tea latte both hot and cold. I also love how close it is to my house and in walking distance about 15 minutes. The staff goes above and beyond for my order and it makes me feel special when they do. They know my name as soon as I walk in the door. They are willing to help you out with suggestions if you need them. I love the service

Got my parents coffee, they screwed up both orders, called in to see if they could do anything for me, she said I could have a 1 complimentary drink or go back which is a 20 minute drive. I just paid 13 dollars for nothing and Im probably going to get the smallest size in complimentary drink. Really not helpful, waisted my money, and the my parents dont even like whatever coffee they made.

First of all I really dont write reviews but there are a couple Starbucks employees that deserve an awesome review. I would like to say that Fabian and Sade are great and friendly. I get happy when I know theyre there because they always fix my drinks just the way I like it. I never have an issue when theyre around. Kudos, Fabian, and Sade, you guys are great keep up the good work.

Long lines and they can screw up a drink in a second. There drive thru I swear only the new people work that window so they cant hear. Inside the chairs are so heavy and loud every looks when you pull on other like your disturbing their piece. Which I felt the same way when I was sitting there relaxing. Get a manager to make your drink. Thats all I can say.

Id give it less stars if I could. Woman that took my order was rude and abrupt, as a former Starbucks partner I was very upset by her service. And the way she made my iced tea was incorrect, not the proper starbucks technique. Definitely wont be returning

First time going to this Starbucks. I ordered a Java Chip Frappe and it was delicious...I based my order on a review I read on here...Ill definitely be coming back. The drive thru staff is polite and quick.

The new pineapple mango frappuccino was just ok. It basically tasted like a vanilla frappuccino with a couple of pumps of mango puree and whipped cream on top. I probably wouldnt get it again.
