I placed my order online for future delivery. The delivery was on time but the order was missing my potato and toppings. I called and they were very nice and rushed me a perfectly baked potato but forgot the butter and sour cream. (I already bought the cheese and bacon) and the menu I asked for. When I called back they apologized and offered to drop some off the next time out this way which they said was soon. My food was already getting cold waiting for the potato so I said dont worry about it, my food will be cold. They said theyd give me something free when I ordered again. Not sure what that means and Im not sure when Ill be ordering again. I love Steak Out and the food is wonderful but I cant afford it very often. Im sure this isnt the norm for them. Depending on the resolution, I will upgrade my rating of them but right now Im very disappointed. I was really looking forward to a nice meal.

First timers. Steak tips, onions and mushrooms for both orders. Steak cooked properly and was good, mushrooms were fine, onions were charred but crunchy and still a bit raw. One potato was fine, the other only 1/3 baked. Salads were unappetizingly old looking (brownish red edges on most of leaves) so they were pitched. People at location were very friendly and order was ready when promised.

My husbands from AL and has raved about Steakiut for years. On a road trip back home to Chicago we stopped. Absolutely horrible food, cold, and to top it off, I got food poisioning. My husband was shocked and said "its certainly not anywhere near the quality food I had living in Huntsville".

Dont mind that its drastically overpriced. .. but if you close at 9, then close at 9, not 850. You already lost a few locations... the crystal ball of customer service says the tool kids running this place should drive you into the ground soon enough.

Just went to the Swansea, IL location. Food was decently priced, fresh, and done in under 10 minutes. They also charge less than local pizza places for delivery. Staff was courteous and my husband and I will definitely be going back!

Steakout is my favorite! Delicious food, amazing owners, and friendly staff! Reasonably priced and great portion sizes. Always helpful and kind if problem arises. Been ordering from them for 9 years and will continue to do so!!!
