This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a pizza place. I ordered my pizza online at 8:48pm. It is now 10:06pm and I still do not have my pizza. They said it would be here at 9:28pm. Im well aware that the time they give is auto-populated, but to be almost an HOUR late?!!! I sent in the "online ordering experience" rated as poor and explained the situation. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from them letting me know they didnt have the drink I ordered. I asked them to take it off. Other than that, the guy I spoke to gave no reasoning or even an ounce of acknowledgement of how LATE they are on this order. No sorry. No remorse. No nothing. In fact, the guy I spoke to acted like he was inexperienced and had no idea how to talk to people. No people skills at all and terrible customer service and satisfaction. I decided to have a pizza night and switch it up for a change and order Pizza Hut. Huge mistake. I order Dominos once a week for "pizza Sunday" with my dad and I ALWAYS get great service with them. They have called me only being FIVE minutes late one time and apologized along with giving a complimentary dessert. I didnt need it but I felt VALUED as EVERY customer should. Dominos is definitely worthy of my hard earned money. Maybe you guys should take notes from them on how to be a Pizza delivery service. You obviously need some coaching. FYI just got my pizza at 10:18pm that included a lousy excuse of why they were and HOUR late. It wasnt even a believable story. SMH.

Pizza is cold every single time I get it! I love pizza Hut and we order pizza a lot from here and its always late and always cold. Very disappointing to say the least. Update: taking it from two stars to one. I love pizza Hut but this place needs new Management. Everyone complains about the same thing. Food took over and hour!! I was one of the first orders of the day, MADE SURE to get the order in early. Still got pizza and hour and 25 minutes and cold AF!!! And I literally live a mile and a half away. I am very disappointed and sad. Alway excuse after excuse. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. But would love to get it at least warm...if I got it hot I would tip that driver so well. But I just cant tip more than a dollar when its sooooooo late and COLD!!!!! Messed up orders all the time and manager, who is was extreamly rude, like a little pissed off teensge boy who cant handle his job. So disappointed!

Ordered my pizza and they took it upon themselves to put beef on my pizza after I ordered bacon because they ran out of bacon but I dont eat beef on my pizza. Then they said they wouldnt come back to get the pizzas nor would they put my money back on my card. So now I have a whole pizza that is going to go to waste. I will NEVER order from them again!!!! They couldnt call and tell me because they have a high volume of calls and orders thats some bull. Next time I will just go to bed hungry before I think to even say their name.

Very poorly run. Do not order if hungry. Ordered at 5:12p, est del time showed 5:42. I called at 6pm when there was still no sign of a pizza. Girl answered and said the driver was on his way to me. Called back at 6:25 when there was still no pizza. Talked to manager who had no explanation for a five minute drive taking 25 minutes. When pizza finally arrived it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for an hour. These guys need to work on there customer service, and be more honest with their guests.

Ordered a pizza at 6:07pm. Estimated delivery time 6:37. Called the store to find out where my order was at 7:14pm. The guy who answered sounded short with me when asking for my phone number. Then told me "Its on its way." and hung up on me. I didnt have any option to even ask what had taken so long. Delivery showed up at 7:20. Highly doubt Ill be ordering from this store again. Which eliminates Pizza Hut from my pizza ordering options as its the only store that delivers to me.

Ordered a pizza with the Hershey cookie. It never showed up to my home. I called an hour later and pizza hut says they cant do the delivery, but they kept my money. Gave me NO REFUND! This pizza hut will argue whether to use gas to get to your home or not; as soon as you send them money. DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED

Ordered 2 lg cheezy bites pepperoni pizzas the bites had way to much garlic. Did not taste good i had one in granite 2 weeks ago it was awesome . granddaughter agreed.plus its advertised for 11.99 was charged 14.99 each. 2nd pizza was thrown out it taste so bad. Real letdown

I had a credit with the Godfrey Pizza Hut but they are so rude I came there. The service was amazing and they gave me a discount for the unconvincing of the time. Id always ordered from them when I lived in east Alton. They were always great

I ordered fries, and cheese sticks. It took then over 50 mins to get that order to me. The food is cold, fries are soggy. And the cheese sticks are pretty much nasty. This has to be the worst food I have ever gotten from pizza hut.
