Hit or miss. One lady that works there is great- friendly, gets the order correct, prompt. The other lady that works there is unpleasant, gets the order wrong, doesnt assist you promptly, and is all around frustrating and inept. Giving it 2 stars since the friendly lady makes up for the inept idiot there most of the time. I try to avoid the days when I know the combative, know-it-all, unfriendly lady is working- thats usually mid-days weekdays the later part of the week. Extremely frustrating lady that makes me want to avoid the whole place. The friendly lady has been there a few years at least, shes about middle aged and gets the job done. The frustrating combative know-it-all is relatively new, or at least i hadnt come across her in recent years- shes younger and corrects customers in an unpleasant tone if they order a seasoning that they no longer offer or try to use a coupon she doesnt feel like letting you use. Incredibly frustrating experience, and next time I see her working there, Ill walk right back out the door. Not worth the frustrating, one inept idiot who is unkind to customers ruins the whole place. Their food is good- when the unpleasant idiot worker actually takes your order correctly. On the days the unpleasant idiot isnt working, the older lady gets the order right and is a pleasant experience. 50/50 chance youll get a decent worker there.

After reviewing other comments, we decided to give it a try anyway because I love Pizza Hut, the few times a year I eat there (in Florida). Was on business trip so ordered a simple medium meat lovers pizza with extra cheese on thin crust. The pizza was very good, however had minimal meat compared to most other PHS and barely had cheese at all let alone extra. I brought it to their attention and they werent sure what to do so offered a whole new pizza. Being on travel, that wouldnt work, but the cashier had no idea what to do when I simply asked for refund of extra cheese. Charge was $1.98, I got $2.00 back, no tax, and nothing rung up in register, hmmm. Overall, our pizza was very good, the place was relatively clean with most tables having been wiped, music was very loud (had to move to hear each other), but attitudes were professional (hence the 3-stars) despite lack of experience.

Always rips us off when we get a delivery no problems when its a carry out. First time we got a delivery we ordered two pizzas and both pizzas had no sauce. We didnt complain because we didnt wanna make it a big deal. This is the second time we request a delivery and again messed up order. We got the family pasta meal its suppose to come with bread sticks but alas no bread sticks. So this place is alright but only if youre gonna carryout.

I ordered a pizza at 7:16pm for delivery and paid with a card and didnt receive it in over an hour the sad thing is I was at the econolodge hotel a block away and I was told delivery in thirty minutes and was less than an hour, it seems very shady for a PIZZA HUT. If the manager is reading this contact me my cell is registered

I order 2 large pizza one pepperoni one itsaus but I didnt get my Itsaus Wat make it so bad the lady called me back said they had to make it over but when it made it.it was pork sausage it was very nasty

Sometimes this pizza hut is really rude over the phone and they give you a certain time to pick up and it dont be ready
