I went to Panera this morning for a blueberry muffin and was greeted cheerfully by Joey. He was not only very nice but had a great sense of humor that put a smile on my face. I was about to leave after my purchase and ask if the sold Almond milk. He said they didnt but his manager Margarita said he could give me a cup of it I guess they use for peoples coffee for FREE! I thought that was so nice. Keep up the good work Joey & Margarita.

HAH. The first time a Panera charged me for a lemonade refill. Three manager looked right at me and said "we dont have free refills." So I said OK and how much is it; only for her to not know the price and replied "the regular price" yet she insisted to charge me another $3 for it. So this means I should bring my own drink next time, right?

If youve never been to Panera before (which I hadnt) it could be a little confusing to place your order. I did have a slightly racist experience at this location so if youre a minority, just make sure youre detailed regarding what you want and research the menu beforehand. Otherwise, the good was really good and quickly available.

Not sure if its a language break down but they cant seem to get things right with my orders. Even when it properly listed on the order window. 3 times.now Ive had to get out of my car after drive through to have them fix issues.

Perfect place to enjoy all you care to drink coffee while working on free wifi. Great place to meet clients. Food is excellent and great variety. Clean location in a great just off Randall Road easy to find area of South Elgin.

Painfully long wait at the register, line not long, but slow moving. Two of the our three orders they had ran out of bread. Staff was pleasant and professional. Poor planning and inexperienced management.

New location across the street with drive thru, went there on Friday and had to wait inside for 50 minutes. Chicken Fontera seemed smaller than before. Was better in the other location.

For a new store it seems to have issues. Every table dirty when we arrived. Cashier seemed helpless to know who to ask. Drink station poorly stocked. WIFI was awful.
