We dont usually come here but decided to because we had a gift card. Descent drink selections (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and okay food, not necessarily my favorite. The staff is always nice and the service is always fairly quick. We usually order the mozzarella cheese sticks as an appetizer which are pretty good. This time we also tried the fried green beans which were surprisingly delicious (not a huge green bean fan). My boyfriend ordered the Jack Daniels ribs (as usual) with fries and got a broccoli cheddar soup. The soup barely had any broccoli (broccoli is one of my favorite veggies) but he didnt seem to mind. I decided to order something different from my usual so opted for the Truffle Burger with a side salad. The patties were so thin, 2 made 1 normal sized one. It was pretty good but if I order a burger (or any meat, dont eat a lot of meat) I expect it to be thick and juicy. I guess you can say Im a spoiled American, I like fairly big portions and love to take home leftovers. I didnt mind not having leftovers this day because we went to the movies right after. But if youre looking for a thick burger, try a different one.

We ordered our food online, didnt really make us aware about whether they deliver or not. We found out we could only pick-up and so we called to cancel. When we called, they told us they could not cancel, "we can cancel the food but not return the money". Obviously we werent very happy about that and we asked why that was so. They told us to call corporate and figure out the problem with them. We called, they didnt answer. Had to call my bank to stop the transaction (wish I didnt have to go through that process). I was very disappointed with how they handled everything and hope they fix it. On that note, they totally ruined my experience with ordering with them and it was my first time. Maybe in the future Ill eat from them but it doesnt look so good right now.

Still has not change it has been over a year and still the same place, rude staff empty place. If anyone else experience negativity in this place please feel free and write a letter to corporate, please asked them to shut this place down its a franchise so it is easy to find out who the board members are that hold this place doors open. Once we band together and shut this place down no one else can have an experience like ours. They need new wait staff, host, bartenders new management period. So my suggestion is write a letter and express concern in closing this place down, also the local alderman, and community leaders, the power of the pen will suprise you.

"What did you like about it?" , well, plenty of waiting seats. Though, I waited to be told , "we cannot serve you guys tonight. Were overwhelmed, & do not want anymore tables" excuse me? It is 11:30, & you guys close at 1AM! I drove all the way from Michigan, looking for a restaurant that was open so that my family and I can eat, but you cannot serve us? This was ridiculous , we didnt even get an apology, we felt as if we were in the wrong. The host didnt even say anything to us. A manager didnt even come out and apologize. You know , this is ridiculous & not how you run a business. Keep closing early! You guys are beyond rude anyways !

We came in about an hour and a half before closing with maybe 4 other groups already inside and we were served like it was a packed football night. Food took 35min+ to get there, dessert took even longer. We literally saw her across the room standing with the desserts in her hands, talking to somebody for 5min before finally walking to us. Food was good, dessert was overpriced, the service was cuckoo. Maybe it was because we went on a Saturday, it wasnt Friday like the name says...I get it now. Lol its all becoming clear! High five, youre still reading this.

Not impressed..... actually pretty disappointed. We just arrived from Indianapolis. We checked into our hotel and came here for dinner. I wasnt very hungry so I ordered soup and salad. My husband ordered the chicken fingers. For some reason the waitress bright my side salad and soup out way before my husbands meal. So I hate my salad and my soup way before he even got his food. The fries were EXTREMELY SALTY!! And our bill was ring up incorrectly. I guess I just didnt have the patience for nonesense after traveling for 4 hours!

This was the worst communication any server any country. She was trying to puff the bill. The good although endless appetizers were not at all like any pictures. We ordered 4 appetizers and had to beg to get more. She seemed annoyed we wanted more but really 4 potstickers.....sliders were not available but advertised and what a lie! 4 buffalo chicken are you kidding ....4 mozzarella mozzarella sticks ......thid is NOT ENDLESS its a trick. It was 10:30pm when we arrived. My friend and I waited for a good seven minutes before anybody hesitated to seat us. Then they proceeded to take us to the back of the restaurant where the entire place was trashed (from previous customers) where nothing had been picked up. While waiting for our food we saw the waitress using a broom to brush the food off of the seats. Needless to say we were not impressed and do not plan to stop here our next trip to Chicago.

Prices have gone up too much imo and service is horrible for what you pay. Ads misleading with the appetizers $10 all you can eat. If you order only you can eat, no one else at the table can supposedly eat. Didnt even bother with it. What are they going to do if someone else from the table DOES grab an appetizer? Felt like I would not eat comfortably being watched and there WOULD be trouble if anyone came to the table to say anything so just avoided it.

Went there assuming its half price appetizers like it has usually been for me and the Gf when we sit at the bar. so instead we sat in the regular dining area still thinkin its half price but apparently its only at the bar and u can only sit there if ur 21 even tho me and my Gf have been sitting in the bar area everytime we go (AFTER 9) so we got screwed. They shouldnt jus pick and choose when some under 21 can r cant sit at the bar.

Typical American "Friday" evening restaurant. The food is good. I do recommend the Pastrami sandwich. The Margaritas are good and very large. The decor nothing like a higher end restaurant. Service was good. The server did spend time flirting with a group of girls next to us. If you do not have time to make dinner or visit a higher quality restaurant this location is good for a quick dinner.

I love TGI Fridays but at this location they have their parking so messed up its backward the handicapped should be right in front of their doors but its on the side of the building where you have to walk all the way around it doent make sense. Basically the handicap have to walk further to the front door. The food was excellent though by the way great
